This class is designed to innerstand and embed fundamental movements into the body. It is a great tool to discover how to adapt those essential patterns to your body weight, alignment, breathing and timing.
I have created a space that will allow you to discover, and explore the grids of the inner/out space as well as self awareness/ self realization. With the help and assistance of a street dance expert, you will be able to develop those aspects while remaining rooted in a key element: the FUNK!
