when he said aside from the not sleeping part hit me so damn hard , cause of severe depression and constant severe anxiety and really bad self conscious and self image issues i barely sleep 8 hrs every night ,i have gotten used to it but sometimes i just wanna escape the horrors that come with really severe anxiety and really severe depression . or to even feel something emotionally even in just a tiny amount
