Been there before. Actually happen once with a brand new (as in day 1) mower and first day on a large condominium complex. I pull up and the crew is doing there thing. I walk over to talk to my chem guy and heard that clatter you’re now familiar with and about had a stroke. I thought the motor blew. The guy on the mower “found” a wetlands marker. It was rebar! I was overly impressed with the crew. When they went to pick up the mower from the dealership that actually thought to grab an extra set of blades!!! I bet that mower didn’t have 20 minutes on it.
Ouch, at least there wasn’t any major damage. (Lucky) Thank you for the video sir 👍😎🇺🇸

You beat me, this new mower had about 20 hours on it when it “found” the 1/2” metal stake.
Nothing like a battery powered impact gun to remove the blades from your mower
Been done that .sorry that happened sir
Is your son still helping you guys
Sorry for the late reply. He took a government job but does help on when behind on weekends if needed.
I would charge the customer for a new blade that’s BS.
