Morning👋..just tapping in now and to hear Kathryn and you,Irina voice my fear of dropping stitches ….even with all your experience and me challenging myself with this project..it made me smile…and feel not so alone….I watched Stephen’s bubble video countless times before and during…..having said that,I enjoyed Clue 1 God help me when the brioche comes.😉🙏❤️👋🦘🐨🌏xx
Maybe it’s basically rectangular, the bubbles are the border, and the next thing we do is an i-cord bind off, then pick up stitches from the opposite side! We don’t have a super long needle this time: I don’t think we’ll have many more stitches on the needle than we do now. My official guess is that it is a large semicircular shawl (like the shape of the pin) and we’ll need to change direction or go modular again- or both- and we may have started in the middle of the shawl rather than at an edge…. Gotta finish my clue 1 now- two rows to go :)
I’m a never swatched in my life. Things seem to work okay. My mother and her mother never did either. My daughter swatches and is grumpy that my things fit! 😅 I’m loving people’s shawls and colours.
my idea for the shawl, we don't have an I-cord at the start of the half circles ... I think we make again half circels to become full circles out of them and fill the spaces in between. And with the bobble edge we will certainly make circles and arcs again somehow
Irina your pink sweater is wonderful !!! How nice to see the variety of colors of all your MKAL shawls.
Thank you!

Interesting. Perhaps you’re right
@@Fiberchats maybe, it was a thought because circles would also fit with Dynamo, Amsterdam, bicycle and Stephan 😜🚲
Used 36 gr mc, 32 gr cc.
5 1/4 tall triangle. Approx 65” across.
…hmmmm..what if clue one is not the border but nearer to the border???🤔😉❤️
