Angelica, I’m a silent viewer, and I hope you see this. I’ve been suffering from derealization and depersonalization for almost 5 years now. A lot of the times, it can get so bad, that I can’t recognize anything to be feel real. I try to ground myself by identifying objects I can see around me, restating facts about myself to myself, like my name, birthday, etc. But these things never work. This video helped me tremendously with grounding, and was able to calm me down from a spiral.

What i find incredibly cool about this sort of stuff is that this is so free of judgement and also so stimulating audio wise to people rthat it literally helps people wich is very good imo. We‘re so encuraged to overperform every day working like a worker bee for scraps (at least most of us) so having something donw for you free of judgement and easy to do like this is huge. It‘s weird but genious! And i find it so funny how angelica is su h a funny and creative person but also really seems to know what people need and want. It‘s just awesome!
