Can’t believe that this washer lasted this long. They seem like they build these wash plate washers so shitty and i mean they do but they do last longer then expected. Nothing will outlive a good whirlpool direct drive though. Those machines r the best. Any washer that’s older than 2011 with a 2 piece agitator is gonna do good.
Whirlpool apparently changed some aspects of the mechanical design regards to seals and bearings vs. F&P's original design. I have four F&P toploaders. Oldest agitator model will be 22 years in June. Newest is an HE/impeller AquaSmart 11+ years. Original bearings on all of them, no airplane noise.
I am waiting for the next generation of washing machines as I detest this cheap plastic / unsafe coat hanger excuse of a basket suspension. The previous Calypso washers were designed better.

Not 2011. 2009 model-year per the model number coding (W in 8th position). Manufactured July 12-16 (28th week) of 2010 per serial number coding.
Also has eco active and the water dispenser very similar to Fisher Paykel smartdrives
