Ginger and Turmeric Harvest October 2023. Was it worth it?

Zone 7B Ginger and Turmeric harvest. Was it worth the effort? Long cool spring, late summer that was not that hot to start. Not the best start for the heat loving plants. Did they perform? Did we get anything to eat? Check out the results.
