I will break it down into multiple shoots, with 75mm F1.2 vs 90mm F2 and then 75mm F1.2 vs 56 wr. Previously I shot 3 lenses at the same time, switching lenses a lot interfered the flow 😊 so one vs one in each photoshoot :)

@@book.richhitz I have GoPro 9 as well. I tried and compared the gopro 9 and iphone footage, and I found the iphone footage was better and more clear. The sound is better as well. So I use an iPhone mount on the gopro chest mount to hold the iphone.

I have recently purchased the Viltrox 13mm for my Sony ZV-E10 and want to get in to portrait photography too. I am hoping they release the E Mount version very soon as this looks like the ideal lens!
Thank you 😊 in order to get the full body shots, it is about 12-16 feet away because it is 112mm equivalent focal length. For half body shots, about 6-8 feet will be enough.

Love your work Xing! One thing to consider for showcasing a telephoto lens to others is to also include some tight shots of just the face and some tighter head and shoulder close ups. I know full body and half body is your style and you do it so well, but a lot of people will look at this lens for face close up shots (portrait for photography, landscape for video) and will want to see how that closer focus distance renders focus fall off on the face and the quality of the out of focus background. Just something for consideration for next time!

different focal length, this one 75mm will be about 112mm on the z mount crop mode. For image quality, I think this one is sharper, even though z 85mm F1.8s is very sharp already.

Hi Xing, There is a known issue with XH2 that when you keep in AF mode - ZONE or WIDE in CONTINOUS AUTO FOCUS, the face, and eyes are not sharp (looks very soft almost like missed focus) even though the camera shows they are focused (green). The workaround is to use SINGLE POINT AF mode with the Number of Focus Points =425. I have tested this and confirmed this issue. There are many videos on youtube that talk about this issue. Check you please test the Sharpness in various AF MODES for the Face and Eyes? That would be really helpful.
@@viswanathkumar3106 Release priority won't be good, you have to change to focus priority for AF-C, release priority will mess up the focusing system for fuji. I am doing the All option or the wide option.

I shot 3 studio sessions and none of my pics were focused on eyes and face even though the camera was giving false positives with a green box that they were in focus. I don't know why Fuji put the Release Priority option in the first place and also ships the cameras with Release Priority as the default option for AF-C.

How can you set your Mac Os finder view like this? I can see you are in gallery view, but how can you zoom in, and see all the exif information on the right?
Here is the instructions: select the image file in Finder and press Command + Shift + P. Doing so will show the image information on the right side. If you don’t want to use the keyboard shortcut, select the file, and click View > Show Preview from the top menu bar.

Agreed with Duy’s comment :) this is 112mm equivalent for the 75mm F1.2 lens. The 90mm (135mm equivalent) F2 I have to step back even further 😂 In these focal length, if you want the nice compression full body shots, need to step back to compress the background. Therefore, it is intended to use when there is room to work with. Not intended for small space like coffee shops. Specialized tool for different situations. Just like a chef with different special knives for different things 😊🙌✨
I understand it will all be a great comparison and definitely that lens will be filling the gap. I hope it can deal with the XH2 40 megapixel sensor. I do expect Sony too bring out they're own version soon.

Iso 125, 1/320s and F1.2. The wide open was good because it attracted enough light at the low iso 125.

56mm F1.2 WR sometimes hunting in auto focus. So focusing is not that good for 56mm. You can go for Viltrox 75mm 😊

that is a far distance you have to be from the model. It may be a deal killer
It's a focal length on a crop sensor "problem" (if you would call it that). It has nothing to do with the lens itself to be a "deal killer".
Agreed with Duy’s comment :) this is 112mm equivalent for the 75mm F1.2 lens. The 90mm (135mm equivalent) F2 I have to step back even further 😂 In these focal length, if you want the nice compression full body shots, need to step back to compress the background. Therefore, it is intended to use when there is room to work with. Not intended for small space like coffee shops. Specialized tool for different situations. Just like a chef with different special knives for different things 😊🙌✨
The eye autofocus with this lens and the XH2 looks really sticky.
Yes :) it did improved with the XH2 processor. And this viltrox 75 is getting the most use of the new processor for Eye AF :)

I understand it will all be a great comparison and definitely that lens will be filling the gap. I hope it can deal with the XH2 40 megapixel sensor. I do expect Sony too bring out they're own version soon.
