If your skillset falls under shortage occupation list then the probability of getting job with sponsorship is more .if your skillset falls under uk job eligibility list then the probability of getting job is 10% with luck . Generally they don't give sponsorship, in UK they have ample of resources available to hire them .

For example, my first name is Vishal, my father’s name is Rahul, and my last name is Kulkarni. So my passport says “Given Name” as Vishal Rahul and “Surname” is “Kulkarni”. Please suggest, what shall I enter in the “First Name” box of ECCTIS form, just “Vishal” or “Vishal Rahul”?
I dont' think they'd understand the concept of adding parents names. In most scenarios, they will cross verify against your passport and so you are right, it is wiser to write out your given name to ensure there is no confusion at their end.

Hi Cecilia. The NHS is hiring quite a bit. I suggest you keep applying persistently. Check all the job portals everyday and try apply as soon as the opening goes up. It will take time but don't give up.

Hi Vikas, to settle you'll have to move from an ICT visa to a skilled worker visa. You can't get an ILR on an ICT. You can switch from an ICT to a skilled worker visa from within the UK

Hi Niresha, it doesnt work that way in the UK. Whether you are in the country or not doesn't matter, what matters is which visa you've got. You will visit either on a business visa or a tourist visa. For you to be offered a job you need a work visa to work or you'll need to apply to companies offering you a skilled worker visa. Hi Naveen, while there are many companies that don't offer visas, there are also a bunch that do. Try using the filter of visa sponsorship and keep trying. Don't give up.
