Raisins - 100 g.
Warm water
Leave 5 minutes
Flour - 1 tablespoon
Egg - 1 pc
Sugar - 80 g.
Yeast - 5 g.
Vanilla sugar - 1 teaspoon
Vegetable oil - 100 g.
Warm milk - 200 g.
Flour - 450 g.
Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.
Divide the dough into 9 parts.
Leave the buns in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Brush the buns with a mixture of 1 egg yolk and 1 tablespoon milk.
Bake the rolls in an oven preheated to 180 °C for 25-30 minutes.

Habe sie ausprobiert aber statt Rosinen habe ich Schockostückchen verwendet❤Danke für das Rezept. Habe noch nie so leckere Brötchen hinbekommen .
