Major conceptual flaws: no interior stairway; no interior washer & dryer; and a grill upstairs where there’s no food storage nearby. Put this one back in the suggestion box.

Artistic, very appealing design! Enjoying a glass of wine on that upstairs patio would be awesome. But I would sacrifice patio space for an interior staircase and laundry. Unless you build it on a tropical island where the weather is always perfect - alas, I can't afford that!😂

No sink in the downstairs bathroom. No closet in one or both of the downstairs bedrooms. No oven in the kitchen. You access the third bedroom from a spiral staircase on the outside of the house. The washer/dryer are outside. The upstairs bathroom only has a toilet, no sink and no shower/tub.
I really love this house,you can chill and relax at its roof deck,maybe it's much better ,if there's even a small shower inclosure in upper room

Love this design, just wondering if they can make it wider, so that those bedrooms downstairs won't be so cramped, that the downstairs 2nd bedroom will have to be converted to a walk-in closet. No privacy either, upstairs have master bathroom & closet space will really knock this out of the park.

I like the layout on the ground floor, but there is no sink in the bathroom, and there is a closed passage around the bad in the right room. Second, i don^t like the barbecue up there in front of the bedroom, and sitting with company. Third, wearing things to wash up, i think it is not appropriate. I would transfer the entire upper terrace to the ground flour. Maybe behind the house. Sorry to criticize, but i was just giving my opinion. Good luck!

I love it.. The washer and dryer would go inside, and I would make an office rather than 3rd bedroom. I would like to know if there were a way to have indoor stairs too.

Very good points Amy, I wouldn't want my washer/dryer in this temperate climate here in Canada or just outside stairs, but I'm sure the plan can be modified somehow. I do like the no empty space wasted.
Why so many bedrooms in such a tiny blueprint? That kitchen is way to small for that table and chairs, should have put in bench seating, or a small island. And all the access from outside? That’s not good.

Why have an upstair deck when you could enclose that space for upstair bathroom and put the stairs inside the house and washer and dryer not a good design.
I luv this concept but stairs outside to 2nd fl is weird? Barbecue should be on ground fl, house too tiny to have a lot of weight on the 2nd fl balcony, just a few changes to make it perfect😊

If you want to feel like you are camping out at a motel I guess this is ok, otherwise it stinks as a family home .

Gostei muito porém eu acho que faltou um lavatório de mãos e um chuveiro pra banho no banheiro do andar superior e tbm uma pia na área da churrasqueira; não vi a geladeira (?) Mas o projeto foi de grande inspiração para outros arquitetos.

This is a nice concept, to grow up a little family. Neither to big or to small. I think having only outdoor stair is also nice, if you want to rent the room without having the personal space invaded.
A guest wc but no sink? It's quite unhygienic. I think it's better to rotate the toilet, so there's more room space.
A sink-shower-combo (it's basically a sink with a connection to shower head, so you can shower, if place is tight for a complete shower) , a small window for ventilation and sliding doors 6:47 and a moveable small kitchennet with a portable stove, small fridge should be also added, if it's for renting.
It's also possible for parents to move to the roof room above, so the adult child can stay with their partner underneath. They would still be around each other but all have their own space.

This is very pretty but not practical - no sinks in either bathroom? Would you not want to wash your hands? I do not understand the concept of an outdoor washer and dryer, what about weather of any kind, rain? snow? extreme heat? Is there an oven or is it hidden in a cabinet? An outside grill on a deck is a great idea but if you have guest they must walk through your bedroom and you would need to carry the food up and down sets of stairs. It just has so many impractical parts that really need to be thought through a bit more
Nope, washer dryer need to be inside! Who wants to walk those dizzying stairs to do laundry!? Not me! Plus the upstairs could fit a small shower and sink (I'd think) delete the bedroom by the living room and just make a bigger living room space --- and get rid of the bulky table and put the stairs there... Otherwise it's a pretty concept. ❤

Confusing. No window for the bathroom. It can get mold and why have eating area upstairs and bbq where it will attract ants and other critters. Having a mini outdoor kitchen is really nice but not by the bedroom. I don’t think this was thought out well.

This is a vacation house, not a residence. You know what, though? I could totally see a scaled down version of it as a “tiny” home (hate that name, wish somebody would come up with a better, adult one for it).

0:32 So the "Bathroom" is Not actually a Bathroom. It has a Prison Toilet with Shitter and Sink in One Unit and the Shower area is Not even Big enough to turn around it. My Camper has a Bigger Bathroom and even a Tub/Shower that is 3.5 so you can actually use the Tub.. Only way to get to "Second Floor" is to go Outside? Close in that Back Porch area and put U Stairs and the Bathroom there and turn what you have as a Bathroom into 2 SMALL Closets.
OR Get Rid of One First Floor Bedroom for a Slightly Larger one and a Actual Full Size Bathroom. Still Closing in the Back Porch and Second Floor Porch for 2 More Smaller Bedrooms and a Half Bath. 0:44 Half Bath going in upper Left Corner and the 2 Bedrooms with their front walls staring at the halfway point. Just big enough to fit Single Sized Beds in and would be bigger than my Campers 8ft x 7ft Bedroom, that's Plenty Big enough.
But You LOVE those Outside Entries from Porches... and In COLD Climates would SUCK! Even Here in Florida..

Not very well thought out. It looks like you're trying to shove 1500 sq ft into 520 sq ft. If you're looking to build the next version of tenement row houses this would probably work.

How much does it cost to build this?
Nice, but a little too secluded. I'd hate to wake up to some critter nibbling and gnawing on me. Or to run out of gas and have to walk home at night since there aren't any street lights. I'd be concerned about plumbing, shopping, trash removal, internet, cell phone, bugs, vermin rustling in the night...ghosts....yes, if you can move this to a nice corner in a residential area, it would be perfect!

En serio les parece un buen diseño????? Es un asco, tendrían que mandar a vivir ahí un mes al "diseñador" y su familia para que entienda cómo es la vida de más de una persona viviendo en ese lugar.
Ya al entrar no hay espacio para pasar de la puerta de entrada a la zona de la cocina-comedor sin retirar la mesita del centro, que no permanecería ahí más de 15 minutos.
El baño de la planta baja no tiene lavabo, el de la planta alta ni siquiera tiene ducha!!!!!!
Supongo que toda la familia se lavará las manos en la bacha de la cocina.
Los dormitorios de la Planta baja no tienen lugar donde poner la ropa y en uno de ellos, si duermen dos personas, uno de ellos tiene que saltar por encima de la cama o de los muebles que hay al pie de ella, porque no tiene por donde pasar. Igual problema tendría quien debe tender la cama.
Muchos cuadritos y decoración, pero de verdadero diseño.....cero.
