Aww thanks so much Mellie, that's so lovely of you to say ❤️❤️ we really really appreciate that cuz it's defo been tough out here, so glad to have you along with us
Oh guys, you were in a dangerous situation, running out of water out there is life-threatening. I am so relieved you made it to Alice. Heat stroke is a serious thing, so take good care. I have always found cooling the back of the neck will help your whole body. I loved the footage you got of the Wallabies, especially the wee one sitting on the rock. They are so cute. I look forward to your videos, take good care and safe travels south. You will love Tasmania, it is so beautiful. 😊❤

Great, as always....but so sad to see you barely mentioned the Brumbies ! Yet so much enthusiasm over the Camels. It's like coming across Mustangs in North America and ignoring them ! The importance of these wild horses throughout the history of both countries, is immense.
The horses were so beautiful, I think it's because I've seen wild horses in lots of countries before, but never seen a wild camel 😂 it's the novelty factor. Something majestic about wild horses though isn't there ❤️❤️
Keeley's heartfelt joy, Philly's acknowledgement and release of the breath he must have been holding, then awe at the healing sight of the camels ❤️ You guys are the best. Would that I could be this brave...and richly rewarded.😊

I only got back from a similar adventure with my 15 yo son a couple of weeks ago. 6,307 klms in 10 days Adelaide to Perth and return. When looking ahead to the next town or stop or facilities the first thing I'd do is ask my son to look up the population. Oh, Eucla, population 54, I guess we're not having pizza at the takeaway tonight. Caution though, google is not always correct. One town had a population of 4,000 and when we got there, there was only a population of 2 - us.
@@JoeSilver-em4bm yeah definitely learnt that Google is not always correct haha, sounds like an epic trip! Hope yous enjoyed it! That's meant to be a cool drive across west!
@@phillyandkeely Absolutely an epic trip, and with the dog as well, 3 of us in a Toyota HiAce, great van. You're correct to bring 6 times the water you think you need. We did many miles of rutted red dirt roads just like you guy's and I felt every rutt again watching your vid. I've told the lad we'll be doing it again mid year but this time to Queensland. Your adventures have inspired me to have more of them. Safe travels guy's.
Small blessings on a part of your adventure that was testing you both. Did you know that the Australian camels were imported by the Afghans when they came over to help build our outback railways & roads & they have boomed so much over here as a feral species that we export them to their original homelands at a profit
Lordy, that was intense 😮! Glad you made it safely to water, food & power. Camels are ok, wallabies are cute but I was most excited to see the brumby (that's what we call wild horses down here) love them!! Stay safe lovely people ❤
"Heat Stroke" is real and very dangerous anywhere the daily temperature is high and you are exposed to the sun with limited hydration resources. "Going Troppo" up in the Tropics is also real. I haven't experienced this environment (although I am Australian), but I have heard that it can make you go a little crazy, hence the term, "Troppo". Take extra care out there; carry and use electrolytes. Keep checking on each other. Stay safe. You have made a very enjoyable series of videos.
Going troppo I'd never heard of that but can imagine! Yeah we have got some electrolytes now to help, and know to carry 6 times the water we think we need 🤣 so glad to be heading to Tasmania for the rest of summer, much cooler down there haha
I did too and Philly also sang the song it when we seen them, but I think we ended up cutting that clip out. But it retrospect apparently they are quite special horses so could have kept it in ❤️❤️
5 months too late, but when driving on those unsealed, corrugated roads it's better to either drive fast so you skip over the corrugations, or to let your tires down to 20-25psi. Airing down is usually safer if you don't know the road. Makes it so much smoother.
Omgoodness you now have my partner hooked on your channel ....even though he's always asking for sub titles lol....this video had us both in stitches & me in tears with you Keely & not to forget the gorgeously handsome Philly & his hat, stay extra safe looking forward to your next adventure 😊❤😊😊
Wow!!! I had to watch the whole thing before I commented but this was without a doubt the most epic outback adventure I have ever seen!!! The Mama bear in me nearly had a heart attack, the scenery shots were to die for, the Big Boy lens shots of the wallabies were top notch documentary level gorgeous and let's not forget THE CAMELS!!!! 😂 So love watching you both every week. You light up my world! ❤
Oh my goodness, oh my goodness, there's a wild camel, and another camel... and another camel. Camel, camel, camellll. hahaha I am Canadian and I did not even know there were camels in the Autralian outbacks! And I somehow expected lots of greenery (a bit like in King's Canyon) in the outbacks and not as rocky, dusty and desert-like as seen here! I was not expecting to take a 30 minutes break in my evening to watch all of this when I was simply quickly watching stories on instagram. But when I saw your story sharing this video, I clicked on it and thought it would be a little short video. I wanted to see only the first few seconds but I got captivated and could not stop watching. This means the video footage is very well edited! good job to the creators. In particular the aerial shots filmed with a drone are breath-taking! Especially the scenes a bit after the middle of the video, after the moment crying of joy with a heart full. It was nice to see you share your joy "All is right with the world" with water, food, and freedom to roam anywhere :)
Thanks so much for sharing that with us, so lovely to hear we captivated you with our footage. We always want to make people feel like they are experiencing it along side us, so that's so lovely to know you got swept up in it. I love flying the drone, always captures such a beautiful perspective ❤️
Jeez, idk when I've had more tension, several times through this video I've wanted to type 'right you 2 get your arses home rn', im feeling the hardship of the heat with you, thank god for gorge and creek swims, it's just looking so hard guys, personally I'm looking forward to your safe return home, still love seeing you both xcx
On the side of the Bluetti AC200P there are two input ports with five ways of charging. There is a 58.8V/500W rated AC adapter, and a 12-30V/8.2A to XT90 car charging port. This port will also accept PV (photovoltaic/solar charging) input at 35-150V at a maximum of 12A via its MC4 to XT90 solar charging cable.
Our cigarette lighter in dingo is broken so sadly can't use that to charge it, but we are picking up our portable panel when back to the coast and will get permenant panels reinstalled on the roof then to keep it topped up. Luckily we can charge it up at campsites with the AC adapter you described. Great information about the bluetti 💪💪
The intense heat, the flies you guys are going through tough times but im loving your photography, close ups of the wallabies etc so glad you got to cool off, rest & found water ! Please come over to WA . The beaches are magnificent, the water is warm & crystal clear & you will love our sweet little quokkas, not to mention camel rides along the beach in Broome. The southwest is a little cooler, Esperance has the best beaches in the world & the biggest sharks! But dont worry about them. Just get over here you will love it !! ❤
We definitely want to do WA some day, we think maybe spring/autumn would be a nice season to come back in. Sadly we only have two months left on our visa and time has disappeared from us, so I reckon Tassie might be our final hurrah before we have to sell dingo. We are thinking next time we come back to Oz we might rent a 4wd to do west as it's so rugged we would love to have full access
Oh my goodness guys we can’t imagine how stressful this must have been😮 so glad you’re both safe and sound. LOVED the rock wallaby and drone footage in this one ❤
The camel spotting shifted the view of your day! I love it! Once again you guys are seriously the best vanlifers on the youtube. I hope you never stop. 😂❤
We were just driving through Namibia, where most roads are not paved, and had a few similar experiences of washboard roads for hours and hours on end. Some were so bad it was better driving next to the road! Glad you got there safely!
Hummus, chickpea and sweetcorn wraps! Keely, I’m now watching these episodes in anticipation of your wonderful, crazy sandwich builds ! Both of you, intrepid, almost unflappable ( Philly, you get the accolades for that) (and more :-) …As well and camels, caves and crackups. Enough….Adding unexpected ingredients to my grocery list….
So glad I’m a Patreon for a few reasons but mostly because I knew that I could watch this video without my heart in my throat knowing if you were ok. Phew!! Stay safe, stay curious. Hope Tassie is showing off for your arrival. Can’t wait to hear Keely say. GUYS. Philly it’s a WOMBAT WOMBAT WOMBAT WOMBAT in an upcoming video (fingers crossed)
Yeah you guys have felt our pain a long time ago on this video haha! Fingers crossed we see a wild wombat that would be epic! So far only dead ones haha
Wow that was a tough few days in the Outback though ...Philly there are Camels..reminds me of driving between Waringstown and Lurgan and my passenger says ...there's the Camels...I looked but no animals, I says..Ah you mean the Campbells. Really really enjoying your adventure, Keely I'm excited. Absolutely brilliant videos of the Outback looking forward to the next one. Many thanks guys and best wishes.
@@phillyandkeelysee if you can get training & practice on a skidpan, it really improves confidence. Some dusty or rough surfaces can be skiddy & having a shock absorber boil or come off is similar. (In England frozen supermarket carparks on Sunday evenings in winter are great, no idea what they use in Australia).
So thankful your safe. If your passing Yass you can pull up on our farm. Your both a joy to watch. We built our van and are desperate to go. But not in summer. I don't know how your doing it.
Another awesome video…bet that swim felt soooo good !! The energy & enthusiasm you guys radiate is infectious. This fellow Norn Iron guy wishes you safe travels & many more adventures. To everyone else spread the word, this couple deserve a hell of lot more subs !!
I really never knew there were camels in Australia 🐪 🐪 🐪 . Great to see the wild horses too. That bumpy orange road was somewhere you will never forget! Thank goodness for the swim at the end. Shame it was so hot as the boulder rocks after Uluru looked really worth exploring, seemed like there might have been caves in them too. Keely YES you should definitely give driving a go, especially on those wide open roads .
As an indigenous woman I absolutely love your channel and look forward to each and every episode. Your enthusiasm and genuine appreciation for my country is so beautiful to see, but please take care and travel smart and safely as you go 🥵💦
Thankyou so much, I'm so glad to hear we are going your beautiful country justice ❤️🙏 such a special place! We are trying to travel safely, had enough water for a five hour drive, didn't know it would turn into two days 🤣🤣 suppose that's a lesson to everyone, bring 6 times the water you think you will need haha
I worked as a cook at Uluru in 1975 (they have biull dozed all the motels that were there now) and once or twice a week i would BBQ for groups of tourist at Kat Tjuta, or The Olgas as they called it then. The whole area was very different, particularly as I am a New Zealander.
Watching u guys needing water while I'm needing beer to drink hahaha sorry 🎉🎉 What I see is still how quite the roads are, for me it seems perfect 😂😂😂 Never regret a swim... I remember saying there's no way ur taking me in ahha but today ill let you 😂😂it's you
You are both so brave! What an adventure! Doubt many could endure the heat, bad roads and flies! Glad I’m comfortably at home enjoying your gorgeous videos! Stay safe!
The obviously doesn't come across on camera but I can imagine it's like a Sauna. You should have Siesta time if possible for 1 pm to 6 pm do nothing but staying out of the sun . The Spanish do it so naturally. I hope you make the ferry ok
Another roller coaster episode of emotions. daunting stuff…. Travelling for hours not seeing anyone, thinking you’ve reached a town but then there wasn’t one, low fuel, challenging road conditions and the ever constant extreme heat to contend with. But then came the camels and you got to swim! 😀such a great series. Well done guys, keep it coming!
Please don't underestimate the outback. Make sure you have plenty of everything especially water. Fill up your water in your windscreen wipers. At worst you can drink it. You tour the south in summer and north in winter. We just came back from Tassie, you will love it. Check out our horrible history of convicts
I saw bubbles and a stir in the water beside Keely in that second water hole as she came to the edge and was talking and I thought oh no, little fresh water croc, not as dangerous as the salties, but they do have very sharp teeth.
@@phillyandkeely I'm very glad you didnt get nipped, I've seen it happen and it's quite bad, not fatal, but terrible all the same and I'm sure it hurts a lot. You guys are great. My daughter an I are going to Scotland from Australia in late October. Wish us luck in the possible snow :)
You shud be able to charge your Bluetti from the cigarette lighter socket. There must be a input socket on the Bluetti. Alice Springs is big enough to find the bits. Start with a Aito Electrician
Oh wow guys, my heart was racing just watching your ordeal unfolding! It’s a stark reminder how quickly a situation can become critical and life threatening. Thank goodness you found amenities when you did and it’s funny but when you look back on all the memories of the trip this part will always up there as a talking point. Well done for keeping your heads and a good move to de stress for a few days. Keep safe x
My goodness, it’s chilly here, in fact freezing. Totally admiring your adventurous spirit. Intense viewing.Drone footage showed a vehicle on the road ahead.Found myself saying THANK GOD A CAR! lol Those camels were sent to you to give you a sign of encouragement!! OMG guys what an adventure this is! 😮 must say Dingo is epic battling through the rough landscape. Respect to all of you 💪 ps I love the rock music introduced in this series. Keep up the good work and awesome adventures!
I've moved to the house with a pool! So as soon as it gets warmer here, in Northwest Florida, I can swim every day. I enjoy your adventures so much especially the swims & animals.
If you have athletes foot all the time, then be aware of your sugar and carbs intake. I had it for 30 years as a fairly continuous partner.i even had a spell in hospital caused by a foot infection due to it. I gave up sugar completely plus also processed food and reduced my carbs. Guess what it stopped immediately and has never returned. It was actually an indication that I was pre diabetic so don't dismiss it. Love the show
That's such good information!! Thanks for sharing Tony! We've been trying to cut ultra processed foods and refined sugars lately, crazy how much of what we eat could barely be classified as food anymore!! Honestly so interesting that there is potentially a link between that and athletes foot, mind blown!
@phillyandkeely yes I actually had a widow maker heart attack while motorcycle holidaying in the US two years ago. I just survived, and after that, I decided I would take control of my diet. So I eat within about a 7 hour window five days a week, only have a glass of wine at the weekends as well. I now know fungus has to feed, and I guess it's being fed of the circulating sugar when it's being constantly topped up. Other things I had which have completely gone are, bleeding gums when I brush my teeth, dry skin especially on my feet and elbows, hemorrhoids , flaky scalp, high blood pressure all of which I had medication for at times and now all gone. I lost two stone and now enjoy the gym and being outdoors and active. I love cooking and only eat out maybe once a month. Just watching you guys on North Uist. Went there last summer, and it was heaven. Take care, be happy.
Hi guys, just come across your videos been watching a few of them pretty amazing how people from overseas see Australia in a different line. Keep up the good work guys love the videos have plenty adventure but make sure you carry plenty of water. You can do without food, but you can’t do without water. Thankyou so much for your kind words and advice 🥰🥰 you have a very special country, and definitely the most water I've ever drank in my life 🤣🤣 it's a different kind of thirst in the outback!!
I love your videos. To see you so emotional when you seen the camels, i not going to lie it made me fill up a bit. I am only half way through the video so i dont know how it all goes ❤
Love to hear that the camels got you a little too ❤️❤️ such a special thing to see animals in the wild, especially one e have no experience of in the UK!
That's so nuts! Especially when they aren't even indigenous to here 🤣 apparently no hooved animals are, cows etc all shipped in! Australia is soft footed animals only
Thank you so much. the video footage has been so very impressive and the camels in the wild, so awesome. Watching them as a group, trekking to their next destination, its all about the journey, yeah. your experiences, fraught with danger, overheating, dehydration. Dingo is so strong to be holding it together after 10 hours over the corrugated roads. Thank you both for enduring so well and making the good content. 🤩🤩😍🥰 So looking forward to Tasmania now.
I know dingo is an absolute trooper, we put him through alot!! But he's still going strong by some miracle! The camels were honestly so incredible to see 🥰🥰 my heart was so full
Hi Philly and keely.when you come to tasmania.there is a town called waratah it has a water fall in the middle of town.plus they have a camp ground with everything.love your videos.
You will love tasmania. Cradle mountain, strahan and queenstown, bruny island (best place to do a cruise with Pennicott wilderness journeys), port arthur, richmond, freycinet peninsular (cruise or hike to wineglass bay) and the spectacular bay of fires. So much more as well. Best thing to do is buy a national park pass for the island. I believe you have to pay separately for cradle mountain but well worth it (wildlife and scenery)
With all the ruff roads, your build is holding up great at this point as im late finding you guys lm loving the binge watching your aussie adventures great great great GREAT GREAT JOB ❤❤❤
Oh my goodness that was intense!!!!! So true when Philly said how you could see on the knarly roads how things can go really beadly so quickly out there in such extreme conditions. Please stay safe guys . Was great to seee all the animals and to see you both cooling down eventually with nice swims. Tazmania!! How exciting is that :-) The van is incredible , i think it must have special super powers ! Thanks for sharing with us, the good, the bad and the ugly hehe! Lots of love ❤
Loved that scrappy looking wallaby with the cauliflower ear! The outback is so deceptive, lots of plant and wildlife, but feels empty for some weird reason!
Oh my gosh, you two have done so amazing in this adventure. I would’ve been so panicking being on that awful road and you were running out of water, food, it was so hot. Wow, I don’t think I could cope with what you’re doing so you two are absolutely fantastic but be careful and stay safe . Xx

Hi Philly and Keely. Wow that was intense. I was worried you’d run out of fuel and water. Glad you got to Alice and restocked. The camels were amazing 🐪🐪🐪 Great you found the water to swim in 🥰Take care. Nick
Interesting science fact: the human voice bounces off rock but a pigeon's doesn't because a coo sticks (acoustics). Does the Bluetti plug into 12v automotive sockets? 10 hours on bad roads and shuttered necessities would take the wind out of anyone's sails. Glad you had a couple of days to recharge. Looking forward to next week's adventure! ❤️❤️✌️😎xx
Corrugated roads are the pits. 2 questions: 1. how do you make your coffee in your moka pot? I can’t get it right using mine. 2. What is the name of your little air conditioner?
The little air conditioner is an Eva polar, life saver! And we just do two heaped teaspoons of coffee with the water filled up to the little hole thing.
@@phillyandkeely excellent. Thanks for answering my two questions. I’m going to experiment again using my moka pot and two heaped teaspoons of coffee 😁
You need to be in New Zealand if you want variety on your drive. The longest stretch of sameness would be half an hour and that's on the desert road in the middle of the North Island.
Great video Philly & Keel: Interesting fun fact about camels, they were originally native to sub Saharan Africa, but were imported into Australia; due to their ability to withstand harsh climates and thrive in them. Next, I expect to hear that Camels are living out in the California and Navada deserts.🤣The only thing that I don't care for about the outback is spiders such as the funnel web, brown widows and camel spiders who all have a very nasty bite and are extremely fast.-Happy trails😀
Thanks so much for sharing this factoid ❤️ I love learning about stuff from the comments. Crazy that they are now wild here, but not native. Thankfully no encounters with deadly spiders so far!
I had a feeling that it would be rough and tough but i didn't realise that the roads would be so bad. Thankfully you both got through it and the footage of all the animals was brilliant and really liked the music. Big lense definitely came in handy. Make sure you both have a good rest before you get the boat Veronica 💚👍🤗
Thanks guys!!! The camels were flipping magical weren't they, like being in a nature documentary. Now I gotta catch up on your latest adventures you nutters, and doing it with kids! We will all have so much to talk about when we hang out at your farm haha.
If only they were caramels and not camels 😅 I can't wait to see the red dirt. I have only ever seen Uluru standing on the back of a military aircraft standing on the lowered ramp during an army exercise. Flying at 500ft. was pretty cool.

Yeah I had heard that you sell them back as pure breds!! So interesting!
my new FAVOURITE travel blog. ❤
Aww thanks so much ❤️❤️❤️
Lordy, that was intense 😮! Glad you made it safely to water, food & power. Camels are ok, wallabies are cute but I was most excited to see the brumby (that's what we call wild horses down here) love them!! Stay safe lovely people ❤
The horses were so beautiful, but they never stay long enough to get a close up shots of them, always gone into the wind ❤️❤️
Those were some awesome shots of the family camels.
Sooo cool weren't they!!
I guess I was the only one saying “Wild horse! Wild horse! Wiiiild hooooorse!!!!!”
I did too and Philly also sang the song it when we seen them, but I think we ended up cutting that clip out. But it retrospect apparently they are quite special horses so could have kept it in ❤️❤️
OMG, that awful heat and that never ending road, CAMELLLLS!!!!
The camels were epic weren't they!!!!
Oh my! So glad you guys are safe and well. A truly intense journey! And the wondrous camels and wallabies! ❤❤❤ You guys are outback warriors!! X
The animals honestly make it all worth it, without them it could be pretty miserable at times haha. Outback warriors, I will take that title 🤣🤣
Hows the caravan going btw? Looking forward to coming to visit when we are back in the UK
@@phillyandkeely we collect the caravan next week which is super exciting! You guys must vist for sure. Cornwall is calling you guys here! Stay safe x
All rough roads leads to gems ❤
Or camels in this case ❤️❤️
5 months too late, but when driving on those unsealed, corrugated roads it's better to either drive fast so you skip over the corrugations, or to let your tires down to 20-25psi. Airing down is usually safer if you don't know the road. Makes it so much smoother.
Thanks for sharing, Good to know this for future roads we encounter 💪💪
Omgoodness you now have my partner hooked on your channel ....even though he's always asking for sub titles lol....this video had us both in stitches & me in tears with you Keely & not to forget the gorgeously handsome Philly & his hat, stay extra safe looking forward to your next adventure 😊❤😊😊
Thanks so much Irene ❤️ and hello to your husband, sorry our accents and manic energy can be tough to follow hahaha! Sending love 🥰
So love watching you both every week. You light up my world! ❤
Thanks so much my love ❤️❤️ the animals were so incredible, made my heart so full!
I think we are too Katrina 🤣🤣 the outback has been pretty brutal
@@phillyandkeelycigarette lighter socket should be easy to fix...
Chose the best option (Tassie) will be cooler. It's a very HOT 41 in Perth today!!
Oh my goodness guys we can’t imagine how stressful this must have been😮 so glad you’re both safe and sound. LOVED the rock wallaby and drone footage in this one ❤
The wallaby's were so flipping cute weren't they!!
The camel spotting shifted the view of your day! I love it! Once again you guys are seriously the best vanlifers on the youtube. I hope you never stop. 😂❤
Thankyou so much, crazy how a wild animal instantly changed our whole mood!
We were just driving through Namibia, where most roads are not paved, and had a few similar experiences of washboard roads for hours and hours on end. Some were so bad it was better driving next to the road! Glad you got there safely!
Thanks Alicia, that sounds nuts there aswell! I'm sure the temperatures are just as high too. Glad you got to your destination safely too ❤️
Hummus, chickpea and sweetcorn wraps!
Hahaha thanks Sue, I look forward to hearing what new sandwich we inspire!
I used to work at Glen Helen! 1975! So exciting to have that memory jogged. I was head hunted out of there for a job at Uluru 😁
That's so cool!
Camels 🐪 😂 the wallabies were soo cute. Great vid guys, that rd must have felt never ending. Can't wait for Tazmania vid. Stay safe ❤
Thanks so much ❤️ we are buzzing for Tassie
So happy you have survived the outback.....wow guys....you had us on the edge of our seats! Looking forward to your trip to Tasmania! Safe travels 🇨🇦
Thankyou ❤️❤️❤️
LOL when Keely said "let's go to sleep so then I can get up and have food!"😂❤
What an adventure!!! Well done for enduring that heat and the shoogly roads. Xxx
Thankyou ❤️❤️ defo been an adventure for sure!
oh my, this one was an exciting one🥵. Australia seems amazing (but a bit dangerous)! Travel safely and enjoy your journey.
Thankyou 🥰🥰 yeah Australia is the land of extremes! Wildlife is extremely epic, but in turn so is the terrain and weather etc.
Thanks Andy ❤️🙏 the Campbell's 🤣🤣yay someone else who is excited haha
Of course Keely you should drive too; especially as Dingo is such a tiny van. 🐪🐫🐪🐫Take care and enjoy your trip 😍🥰
Yeah If I can handle Martha I can handle dingo, it's more the crazy Australian roads I'm worried about haha
Yeah don't do summer 😂😂 you will have to let us know how you enjoy the outback when you finally get in your van ❤️❤️ it's a special place
Was so afraid for you both😢. That lake looked so inviting. Hope things go better this week ❤
Thankyou ❤️❤️
So glad you are safe. Worrying for sure. Stay safe xxx
Thanks Linda ❤️❤️
Note 82% of Australia is NOT desert. The area around Uluru and Kata Tjuta has enough yearly average rainfall to keep it out of the desert category.
That's so interesting!! It was so green when we were there, not what we were expecting at all ❤️
Another awesome video…bet that swim felt soooo good !!
The energy & enthusiasm you guys radiate is infectious.
This fellow Norn Iron guy wishes you safe travels & many more adventures.
To everyone else spread the word, this couple deserve a hell of lot more subs !!
Aww thanks so much Billy 🥰 that's super kind of you to say 🙏🙏 and yes that swim was honestly NECESSARY 🤣🤣
Thanks Jackie ❤️❤️ I get plenty of driving in this next video woop woop
A water filter bottle designed for camping wild would certainly have been an asset on that trip. They can filter almost any water to be safe to drink.
Yeah I reckon one is needed for australia!
Or just boil it!
You can't have been very thirsty guys! Or citified - not all drinking water comes out if a tap!
So your indigenous, so am I, because I was born here in Australia. Why make that point??
I worked as a cook at Uluru in 1975 (they have biull dozed all the motels that were there now) and once or twice a week i would BBQ for groups of tourist at Kat Tjuta, or The Olgas as they called it then. The whole area was very different, particularly as I am a New Zealander.
That's so lovely, you got to be a part of all those people's once in a life time experience ❤️❤️
There's not enough danger on this trip.
Let Keely drive 😂
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I laughed out loud at this bahaha
Just brilliant & so refreshing. Thanks for the giggles! PS May help to let some air out of your tires next time your on unsealed roads again xo
Thanks so much Quinn, glad you enjoyed it ❤️❤️ good tip on the air 💪
Watching u guys needing water while I'm needing beer to drink hahaha sorry 🎉🎉 What I see is still how quite the roads are, for me it seems perfect 😂😂😂 Never regret a swim... I remember saying there's no way ur taking me in ahha but today ill let you 😂😂it's you
We will get you in the water if our paths ever cross!
You are both so brave! What an adventure! Doubt many could endure the heat, bad roads and flies! Glad I’m comfortably at home enjoying your gorgeous videos! Stay safe!
Thanks so much Margaret ❤️❤️ yes enjoy it from the comfort of your sofa very sensible 🤣🤣
So many gorgeous memories for me there, beautiful video. Love the NT!
So glad to hear it brought up some lovely memories for you ❤️❤️❤️
☝no without water!
You really need 6 times the water you normally drink while out there don't ya! Rinse through it sooooo quick!
The obviously doesn't come across on camera but I can imagine it's like a Sauna. You should have Siesta time if possible for 1 pm to 6 pm do nothing but staying out of the sun .
The Spanish do it so naturally.
I hope you make the ferry ok
Thankyou ❤️ love a wee Spanish siesta!
Loving wathching your adventure, Ex Scouser living S/A last 35 years also a 4x4 Bushie.
A 4*4 would have been sick! Don't think you can ever really be an ex Scouser 🤪 like Northern Ireland that accent sticks with you for life 🤣🤣
Another roller coaster episode of emotions. daunting stuff…. Travelling for hours not seeing anyone, thinking you’ve reached a town but then there wasn’t one, low fuel, challenging road conditions and the ever constant extreme heat to contend with. But then came the camels and you got to swim! 😀such a great series. Well done guys, keep it coming!
The camels made it all worth it Kev ❤️❤️ thanks for your kind words about the series 🥰
And the world laughed at the Aussie Cork Hat... now you know!
Now we know Indeed!!
Please don't underestimate the outback. Make sure you have plenty of everything especially water. Fill up your water in your windscreen wipers. At worst you can drink it.
You tour the south in summer and north in winter. We just came back from Tassie, you will love it.
Check out our horrible history of convicts
Thanks so much Frances, that's a great tip about filling up all fluids in the van too. Glad to hear you enjoyed Tassie, we are excited to explore!
antifreeze/anticorrosive in the engine's water & soap in the washer bottle are both highly toxic, never drink them!
Whenever you encounter washboard roads, you go fast on them, and they're not as bad !!! Thanks for sharing your experiences
Thanks Stacey for the advice 🥰🥰 hopefully other people can learn from our mistake haha
I was worried for you but knew you survived as you produced the video. Take care
Very true Pamela, that's a good way to think of all our videos, if you are watching it then we have survived haha
I saw bubbles and a stir in the water beside Keely in that second water hole as she came to the edge and was talking and I thought oh no, little fresh water croc, not as dangerous as the salties, but they do have very sharp teeth.
Oh my!! That would have been horrific! That would definitely have been in the thumbnail if I got nipped by a croc 🤣🤣
Our cigarette lighter has never worked in dingo unfortunately so can't use it to charge anything 🤣🤣

Keep safe x
Yeah all the worse feeling moments are the ones that ingrain in your long term memory and make for the best stories eh!
Thanks so much my love, and we thought the roads in Greece were bad eh 🤣🤣 dingo is an absolute champion 💪💪 we put him through his paces for sure!
Haha yeah, Greece was nothing apperently 😜
Yay! You survived! So happy for those cooling swims. You two rock!
Thanks Carol ❤️❤️❤️ the swims were incredible
Oh brumbys that is what we call our desert horses and they can travel 50 kl with out drinking water, but they do need to drink twice a day ❤
Such beautiful wild horses ❤️❤️ they looked so strong
I've moved to the house with a pool! So as soon as it gets warmer here, in Northwest Florida, I can swim every day. I enjoy your adventures so much especially the swims & animals.
Yesss so glad to hear you are getting daily swims in!!!
Thats all so amazing to hear Tony!!!
Hi guys, just come across your videos been watching a few of them pretty amazing how people from overseas see Australia in a different line. Keep up the good work guys love the videos have plenty adventure but make sure you carry plenty of water. You can do without food, but you can’t do without water. Cliff from Logan City Queensland Australia 🇦🇺
Great ending guys. Michelle x
Love to hear that the camels got you a little too ❤️❤️ such a special thing to see animals in the wild, especially one e have no experience of in the UK!
@ChapterByChapterVlog Take care guys. Love from Scotland x
Keeley there are more Camel's in Australia than there is in the middle East, take care and safe travels.
The camels were honestly so incredible to see 🥰🥰 my heart was so full
lucky it wasn't bit warm
😂😂 we brought it on ourselves coming in summer, but so beautiful it was worth the heat ❤️❤️
Hi Philly and keely.when you come to tasmania.there is a town called waratah it has a water fall in the middle of town.plus they have a camp ground with everything.love your videos.
Thanks so much ❤️❤️❤️ all Tassie advice appreciated 🥰
You will love tasmania. Cradle mountain, strahan and queenstown, bruny island (best place to do a cruise with Pennicott wilderness journeys), port arthur, richmond, freycinet peninsular (cruise or hike to wineglass bay) and the spectacular bay of fires. So much more as well. Best thing to do is buy a national park pass for the island. I believe you have to pay separately for cradle mountain but well worth it (wildlife and scenery)
Don't forget The Nut!
That's a good shout about the national pass didn't even know they did them haha
The Nut is an actual place in Stanley tassy, ride the chairlift to the top👍👍
With all the ruff roads, your build is holding up great at this point as im late finding you guys lm loving the binge watching your aussie adventures great great great GREAT GREAT JOB ❤❤❤
Thanks so much!! Yeah pleasantly surprised that everything is still together 🤣🤣 everything was thoroughly screwed and wood glued lmao
I think dingo must have superpowers too to have survived all that! Defo was super intense, but then also super magical with the animals ❤️❤️❤️
Loved that scrappy looking wallaby with the cauliflower ear! The outback is so deceptive, lots of plant and wildlife, but feels empty for some weird reason!
Yeah he looked like he'd lived a life that guy! Been through the wallaby wars!
I am so glad you are enjoying your time, maybe not the bad bits, proud of my new Aussie adventurersxx
Thanks Donna ❤️❤️ so glad to have been able to do your country justice
Oh my gosh, you two have done so amazing in this adventure. I would’ve been so panicking being on that awful road and you were running out of water, food, it was so hot.
Wow, I don’t think I could cope with what you’re doing so you two are absolutely fantastic but be careful and stay safe . Xx

Hey guys I’ve only just started following yous. Absolutely love your video and yous are the funniest. I’m from Melbourne Australia. I know it’s too late for this advice but if yous are ever in this situation again always wave down a car or flash your lights get water from them. No matter where you are in Aus nearly everyone will help you in some way. By the way yous have had so many amazing experiences seeing animals. Lived here all my life and haven’t seen as much as you have in the e wild haha.
Aww thanks so much Bianca, so good to know we could wave down Aussies for water, they really are always so helpful! Soooo lucky with all the wildlife, so incredible ❤️❤️❤️
Hi Philly and Keely. Wow that was intense. I was worried you’d run out of fuel and water. Glad you got to Alice and restocked. The camels were amazing 🐪🐪🐪 Great you found the water to swim in 🥰Take care. Nick

Australia is a really harsh country, and our outback roads suck. But we have some amazing things worth seeing :)
Its so wild and incredible, we miss it!
What an adventure! Stunning drone shots! Especially of the camels!!
Such beautiful shots of the camels, the top down one of them walking under, so so special, I felt like I was in a nature documentary haha
❤️❤️✌️😎xx

Those washboard roads are terrible, your poor van 😥
The van has been an absolute champ! Handled the roads better than we did 🤣🤣🤣

😂😂 love a good cackle
Yeah new Zealand is meant to be epic 😍😍
Man , more absolutely beautiful cenery you are both spoiling us with Australia ❤ CAMELS in australia, no way . 😮
Such beautiful landscape and the animals are just next level ❤️
I had a feeling that it would be rough and tough but i didn't realise that the roads would be so bad. Thankfully you both got through it and the footage of all the animals was brilliant and really liked the music. Big lense definitely came in handy. Make sure you both have a good rest before you get the boat Veronica 💚👍🤗
The big boy lens is soooo good for getting animals isn't it, just so so beautiful, it was like living through a nature documentary haha

If only they were caramels and not camels 😅 I can't wait to see the red dirt. I have only ever seen Uluru standing on the back of a military aircraft standing on the lowered ramp during an army exercise. Flying at 500ft. was pretty cool.
That sounds like a pretty cool perspective to see it from!!
So beautiful, im excited to see tassie - you guys are seeing half my aussie bucket list. Stay safe in the heat honestly its no joke they were shutting down playgrounds at schools last week everyone just had to stay inside
Thanks Sammy ❤️❤️ now you will have to come experience these places for yourself too 🥰
Defintiely a, never regret a swim episode. I feel for you guys suffering in that heat. But, CAMELS.....awesome! So happy for you to see them. We were taking an evening walk in the desert today and the coyotes were howling off in the distance. Good to hear too that you got your ferry ticket to Tasmania, that's going to be a fun adventure. Hope by now you got the solar panels reconnected. Take care now, don't melt away on us.☺
