OMG........JB rules! Just saw him in Westbury LI, NY. Exceeded my expectation. A superb musician backed by a superb band and vocalists. Gave us over 2 hours of nonstop rock & blues. Thank God we've got Joe Bonamassa in our lifetime!!

that Led Zep cover, I can't quit you babe, was the intro to Tea For One. I thought the chords worked great without the lead bits over them. They're pretty much a signature of that song though, so in future...we know nothing...tell it to us straight.

Joe might have some of the ugliest rock faces ever, plus some of the poorer outfit/stage image ever but boy can he play, and hence, I am a massive fan!!!!!
A solid tribute to Mr. Clapton on three of these tunes. Motherless Children was superb! And on what appears to be an original '54 Stratocaster nonetheless. A always well done Joe!

Steve James totally agree...I miss those days and am so grateful I got to see that band many times in very small venues...his gold Stratocaster would almost shatter glass. Now he wears those unfitted stupid suits and sun glasses and everything sounds so sterile

what's actually the deal with this guy? rarely such a generic artists gets so much attention from the media. i'd rather listen to any authentic blues/rock record from the past any day. yeah technically you can't say anything. but really that's all been done many times before even more creative and original.

I think the "wearing a suit on stage" look suits him. Some older clips show him in a baseball cap and more nominally hipper gear - but he seems happier in his skin dressed like this. He rocks anyway.

That's his thing. I just don't understand why that bothers people. The man is professional. His gear is right. His band is tight. He came to play . And you guys are complaining about his suit. He looks 10 times better than when he was playing a Strat. I personally like musicians to put on some decent clothes. Instead of looking like they came from a rummage sale! Every professional band I have played in dressed well. When I play solo, I do not wear a suit , but I try to dress better that the patrons.
Lose that suit...or buy a new one that fits. I bet he sleeps in it. By the way let the original guys do their own music. Nobody came there to hear you do old Clapton riffs.Very annoying!!!!
