Built it, here's some of the pros and cons I've found, Pros: - Super fun when it goes off properly, I genuinely laugh my ass off running through the synchro climb as my opponent sits there doing nothing. - When the combo executes properly theres a very high chance of winning, especially if the opponent doesn't pick up on what you're doing right away and Maxx 'C''s you(though if they drop Maxx C you better hope you have Called in hand cause they have a good chance to draw into interruption). Cons: - Unbelievably bricky, I've found no consistent way to set up both Bone Tower and the Synchro climb in the same turn. On more than 1 occasion I had no choice but to "Set Mezuki, Pass", pray they didn't set up any negates AND hope they run over Mezuki just so I have a line for Bone Tower and the Synchro Climb - Incredibly vulnerable to interruption. Nibiru basically loses you the game the second its dropped. Just setting up the board to START the synchro climb can go over 5 Summons, and by that point, if you had a good line for the setup, you've probably used up your Mezuki's so you have no way to recover from Nibiru. - Basically loses if you don't open Called by the Grave - Pretty expensive(660SR + 570UR) for a deck that doesn't even consistently do the thing it's designed to do Based on my experiences so far, I'd say the deck is definitely not worth building, however, it is REEEEEAALLY fun to play and I have been enjoying playing it, I might try tweaking it a bit to see if I can find a more consistent setup line.
@@Faerorin Just talking from personal experience; I have not had a single instance running this deck where getting Nibiru'd left me with a recoverable board, not one. Fortunately in a BO1 format you don't always have to worry about Nibiru since there's no siding, but any deck that main decks Nibiru is a tough ask for this deck to beat in my experience.
Have you tried this anymore? I’ve noticed this too with the matter of getting the gimmick running tricky but setting up is still rather easy to perform imo. But I recently did this against a drytron/megalith/cyber angel player and won, but not through deck out but got insanely close. But the gimmick is fun, set up is still easy but risky. Have you managed anything new with it? I’ve been swapping in and out some cards for some more favorables
so i actually run mayakashi at my locals and it works insanely well. i have the bone tower as a tech but not as full strat. the consistency issue is solved by a couple cards. prosperity (you can spare 6 cards and still deck out) small world (all cards in the deck can bridge eachother) performapal popperup (insanely good discard and draw effect for relatively low cost) evenly matched and dark ruler no more (go second, trust) jack o bolan (easy summon and searchable with yuki and bloom) golden lord (again searchable) kasha (cos its funny) give and take (give your hajun lol)

Every time you do the combo your opponent mills 4 and draws 2, and this deck is unbelievably vulnerable to interruption, Nibiru especially is basically an auto-loss if they drop it. 1 lucky draw from Maxx C and not only do you lose your board, but you've now given your opponent a MASSIVE lead in card advantage that, in my experience, is not a recoverable game state
We have to give credits to the opponents who gave YamiBlood the chance to finish his combos and deck out the opponent. Even I also allow the opponent play through his OTK and defeat me to LP 0 so I get one count for my attendance on daily Ranked Duel mission.
I play a mayakashi/BT mill deck that is basically this but I use one maxx C instaed of the second desires in the main deck and (likely because it dropped after this vid) I use only on level11 synchro and 2 each of the 2,3&4 links
Three reasons AFAIK: 1) Sunsaga would take up space in the extra that you really don't have 2) Getting to it would be difficult as the synchro climb is odd and sunsaga is even 3) you are locked into mayakashi synchros most of the time (also dakki won't come back if used to go into a non maykashi monster and she is the only tuner)
@@rodlurks66 you are 100 percent right. i was hopeful on Master Duel at the time for that strat because i didn't have the staples to fill out extra but i figured out that 3 is really your issue.
I literally just played against this deck just now on master duel. Did not know it even existed. He literally won on turn one. Milled my whole as deck out and I died on my draw phase. I couldn’t even interact at all. Maybe if I had hand traps in my opening hand?
Trust me it's pretty consistent. If I don't deck mill them on my first turn it's almost always finished on my second turn. Also I'm currently 19 wins in a row with this deck. I took out Call of the Mummy and replaced the two copies with Terraforming and Chicken Game.
@@CHRIZZ83 I agree on the consistent part of YamiBlood's Mayakashi Mill deck. Unfortunately, the players I got matched up with were one step ahead to OTK me with their effect negates and full board before I can build my combo in the next turn. I will need to be matched with simpler opponents to play this Mayakashi Mill deck.
@@pacer1705 if you want a sure win deck dont play this deck.. What you expect of at least 2 turn setup this deck have.. Many OTK or FTK deck that is more powerful than this deck..

Hear me out when i say this,...but you should try another version of cheese deck,....something like this, but a card called: " Bad Reaction to Simochi " ... make a deck around that ..and ...um...yea...make it just right, um....ugh.....this deck should be flipping banned or super limited as f*** cuz how good it is if ya get cards played out right. Basically inflicting direct damage to your opponent deck but on a larger skill - endless amount of combo cards you can use with it lol Try it out lol

What about Shiranui Sunsaga? When special summoned return any number of zombie synchros from banished or graveyard to the extra deck. Could that work?
Three reasons AFAIK:

what about swapping raigeki and storm with 2 crossout designator to add more safety from ash? or is it too bricky?
I do 2x cross out with a handful of targets for them and it usually doesn't cause too many problems but it certainly can bone you.
