Much needed information and video for our current day! Imo, we should assume he is getting in regularly without us knowing. That way we will be more apt to always prep ourselves in advance. I too do not believe he can read our minds, only God can do that. But he/they can watch us and then "feel" after us, which you alluded to. Another thing I have found that's helpful is when we are feeling attacked, is to calm ourselves and just try to watch what's going on in our minds without really doing anything. This does take some patience and practice. I believe they "feed" on us when they see us getting frustrated, etc, and thereby keep the attacks coming. But when we simply and calmly just watch it, and not attach ourselves to what is going on, it seems they realize it's not working and go away.
Gods given you power and authority to tell the devil to leave you in Jesus Name. Also I would encourage you to seek deliverance from evil spirits, you need to be planted in a right born again church that believes in deliverance also baptism of Holy Spirit

How do I get him out my mind I dont like it .I have a sick out of this world thoughts all day I am tired .I give up I miss who I use to be .

I have believed they could hear thoughts. How would they know when and with what to attack with.

I do not believe God would allow for that, because it then allows us to easily play the victim, thereby giving the enemy even more power!
Ecc 10:20 appears that he can read thoughts.
