This is basically also what I've personally realized after practicing aikido for more than two decades after having practiced taiji as well. The rest are comments on how each teacher in each school is trying to accomplish this goal, this purpose of, in fact, every martial art. Because if you dive into any martial art, even into any system of knowledge, you realise that knowledge is self knowledge, victory is self victory, accomplishment is the realisation of unity and peace with the environment.
Thanks for doing this great job in being so clear about the essence of aikido.

I watch in my mind a stream flowing debris is moved and overwhelmed by the waters energy but the rocks are smooth.
Allowing the flow of energy around the stones and although overwhelmed for a time the rocks did not move and were strong.
A branch anchored to it the bends with the flow will not break as a resisting force of that which is not flexible. I thought this
was the strength of the symbiosis of the martial art? Does this hold true?

I looked at his cheekbone, and the top of it (a dark part) merged perfectly with the following shot of the hair of that person in the drawing in the background. Just had to point that out.

there are other akido branches, other lineages, not only Ueshiba ryu, and the philosophy expose in not from Ueshiba´s thinkin exclusively.

Spiritual truth is universal. Aikido however was created by Morihei Usheba sensei and all forms of Aikido would go back to him. There are other people who studied Daito Ryu Aiki Jujitsu, which is the main martial art that influenced Morihei Usheba sensei on a physical level.
