    Hey man it’s been a month plus post hair transplant and I wish that clinics/doctors will provide some insights/support or even a word of caution of the mental effects when going through the ugly duckling phase. One part of me is telling myself to trust the process, and the other part is just dwelling onto the fact that I look uglier. It’s really a struggle and I’m glad I watched your video. It’s like a consolation to me. Thank you.

      @kretek2209 10 месяцев назад

      HAHAHA it's coming to three months for me, still like shit but let's just say that I'm rather putting my trust in the process and focus onto the things that i can control like working out, skin care regime etc... just to deviate from the fact that you're currently going through ugly duckling phase. Hope you find some form of support/coping mechanism@@dallasfurnish3031

      Lol. Looking uglier is a huge understatement. I looked just fine before surgery and now I'm 30 days after surgery and my head is this big ugly tomato. But I don't give af. Super focused on improving my life in all areas. I even think that some chicks are looking at me at the gym with a face of "hmm, he'll prob be looking smoking hot in a couple of months.." hahah

    Doctors should inform better about the phases after the transplant and about shock loss. They simply say that the hair you just implanted are gonna fall and regrow, but it's not that simple. I just had an hair transplant and I'm living a really delicate phase. I feel very depressed and I feel like if i could come back I wouldn't do this to my head. The psychological aspect of the hair transplant is so important.

      I am on day 21 post surgery and experiencing the same phase: Hair shedding. Little hairs on my pillow in the morning and in my hands during the shower. I sometimes feel so worried whether all that hair will grow bach or if it's dead follicles. But I'm trying to be calm and possitive. I believe that being calm and not making a big deal it's the best solution.

      Yes it is hard to bald and yes it can cause depression but in the end u are not your hair , also there is always a Micropogmentation head tattoo and to many people it looks cool. How are u now ?

      @@HairTransplantNetwork what do you abt graft angles? How big of a deal is it. Or will the hair naturally flow in the correct direction?

      I was told after 2 weeks everything is more than normal anything after is just paranoia, nothing you do at that point will damage grafts

    I'm a month post op and hair concealer wouldmt look good on my balding lol. " wear a hat and be patient " is better advice lol

      Depends on how much hair loss you have, if you’re Norwood 6 yea wear a hat. But if you have a decent amount of hair, concealer definitely helps.

      @@HairTransplantNetwork I was a Norwood 4 and just 1 day post op now. I took 5 weeks off work to heal. Would it be fine to just wear a hat when I return to work for like 6-10 months until it looks okay to take off? How long would you recommend? Don't really want to use hair concealers.
