You drag out your videos too much. Not everybody has twenty six minutes to watch a video. So i'm sure you find a lot of people fast forward through the video because it's so slow. Your recipes are worth watching, but you need to speed these videos up.Please.

Yes, cut one item then advance the video. We don't need to see 7 potatoes cut or see you put 20 pieces of chicken on a rack.

I'm the son of German Mom and Italian Dad...I LOVE to cook...and, there was a period in my career where I produced (directed, shot and edited) food/cooking episodes and shows so I don't know where to begin! ALL that said I think I'll start by saying - KUDOS! Across the board your videos are very well done. Beginning with the recipes you illustrate, the pacing of your process, the photography and lighting of the kitchen scenes, the unobtrusive editing, the choice of music - ALL are perfect, in my experience and opinion. When I watch the simple process of cross-cutting a breast of chicken, but illustrated the way you've done, my mouth immediately begins to water and I'm ready to throw-down on the food you're making. That is EXACTLY what you want to do with a video - communicate to your audience a taste sensation without them even being aware. Stepping beyond the production qualities - the recipes themselves are so interesting I want to try them right now - tonight - or for my next meal. I KNOW I'm gonna try recipe three tomorrow (I've had my meals for today.) BTW - what name have you given to these recipes?...or have you given them a name at all? Rest assured I'm gonna follow you and look forward to what you bring to us in the future. Thank you and again - WELL DONE!

Thank you for commenting on the recording, the lighting and the editing, it takes me a long time to get everything nice, thank you for appreciating these things. Your food looks lovely ❤️. However, the music made me feel sad, and I shed a few tears 😢 I think it’s because I'm sad inside due to losing my mum, so it resonated with me differently.
