- Griffin is so much more than the voice that you hear in your favorite characters. He brings so much depth and hard work to each of his roles clearly shown in his performance as Childe/Tartaglia in Genshin Impact and I've come to learn that's just who he is. One of the hardest working and most generous actors, musicians, and artists in the industry.

I love his roles as Childe and Fret. Wicked Twisters for life! Could you possibly try to get Yuri Lowenthal on the show? I loved his roles in Ben 10 Alien Force, Naruto, and Insomniac Games' Spider-Man.

His role as Ras in Epic Seven is really good.

OK, so I came for the Griffin interview, and then you had to throw in fan-based intrusive thoughts at the end. Yes. But for me, it's not so much the ceiling fans as it is the desk or pedestal ones, because what if your fingers get caught?? *shudders* Terrifying. finger crush injuries are about the only visceral medical/horror/gore squick that I have (I used to be involved in a medical field before my own illnesses left me bedbound, so I have kind of a tough stomach for this stuff). But anything related to fingers? Nope. Ice-skates? Horrifying. Those sliding ladders for lofts/attics? Literal nightmare material. And don't get me started on blenders, food processors and garbage disposals. LOL
Griffin is incredible, and he genuinely seems like a really sweet, down-to-earth person. I heard about his repeated spontaneous pneumothorax issues from another interview he did but this added a different dimension to it, and knowing he was struggling so hard with it emotionally, my heart went out to him. Especially as he works so damn hard, all the time. I know from personal experience how awful it is to be stuck in the hospital repeatedly, having multiple procedures and surgeries, and dealing with potentially life-threatening health issues... The fact that he was back in the studio working just days after surgery is just... wild. absolutely wild.
Anyway - belated thanks for the wonderful interview. You always seem to get an extra something out of your guests and I appreciate it (and you).
