This breaks my heart that there are so many doing without. I worked at the Marriott as a dishwasher and saw then throw out tons of food every day that wasn't even touched. Just sitting there. Our first like week or first like maybe three or four days when they were training us, they let us eat free. Afterwards, not only do we have to pay for our food when we were on break, they literally would throw away pounds of food that had nothing wrong with it... And at this time I think minimum wage was like $7 an hour

You don't need gloves to cook if you're not comfortable using them, grandpa. You would want to use gloves if you're handling cooked food, but before it's cooked the cooking is going to kill all the bacteria anyway, so do whatever you're comfortable with. Much love from Malaysia 😊

I grew up on a dairy farm & my mother used to throw a big party once a summer, just a big BBQ / disco for work mates & family.
