Removing fortitude might have saved him with the elevator death. Fall damage is hp%, health pot is fixed... the higher health you have the less the potion heals relative to total hp.

Seeing how whaaz dies is insane. He is for sure one of the top 15-20 player who ever touched the game. Probably even top 5-10. And he dies like an absolute noob, jumping on the elevator, then walking forward (well the heal potion was really good). That's just insane. But also the pally should've boped. I expect HC player having this sort of mental awareness also for teammates all the time. On an elevator I look exactly if my mates need help. I even do this in retail where it doesn't matter, including using lifegrip or the evoker grip.

I watched the Son of Arugal coming close to me, and I backed off near the road and watched, then a priest and anothr, not sure who with the priest running from 9 oclock towards the son who was hidden by a hill, I at the road was at 6 oclock, I had no time to warn, they ran up the hill and I think even attacked him for a sec then they got slapped and killed, but the thing was, watching was so surreal as I knew how they felt, and it brought me back to the old classic days where we knew nothing and random things like that hppened, good times.
Rules for myself include not going that deep into enemy territory when the enemies are that thick. If you do, you go around the perimeter and carve a path around it, so you have a definite exit route. Still risky though. I almost always just try to stick to the outskirts of giant conglomerates of enemies like that. This guy is in deep though. Not surprised he died.

3:02 -- Right there is where he should've just blinked out a d run, then reset it all. I would've done that. Many people are not playing as cautiously as they should be, then they die. It's that simple.
Xaryus chat, 200 mana isnt going to do anything for mana shield. at the very best itll oom him so he can live to see nova come up but have no mana to use and die that way.
