Hi brother Jack. I am Gospel missionary involved with (in particular) missionary work in India. I recently invited a number of evangelical christians to give financial gifts towards this work and was met with stone cold attitudes and indifference. Not one of them even offered to receive a newsletter and pray for the work we are doing. I am shocked and saddened by this.

There is a part of me that thinks this guy is just doing satire. This can't be someone who is serious about what he's saying.
He literally calls people devlish, damned, and bastards, among other things, and then states they are these things because of their foul mouths.

The King James Bible uses the words damned, bastards, and unfortunately there are children of the devil out there. While I do agree he could approach this subject more gracefully, what he said was truthful about people who preach a false standard

Most false teachers will grab this or that verse out of Matthew 5, while ignoring the rest. The big point of Matthew 5 as best I can tell, is still meant to point people to Christ for their salvation, by simple faith in Him. Because no one can live up to that whole teaching in Matthew 5, especially from verses 20-48..

Great summary. But since you are someone studied in the Word, you know what it says about living a repentant life (Matt 3:8). You also know what the early church was instructed to do with people who lived sinfully (1 Corinthians 5:11-13) and what Jesus, and Paul, Peter, John, etc said would become of them if they did not learn to not sin (1 John 2:4, 3:6; 1 Cor 5:5; Revelations 2:18-29). What do you do with all of 'that' scripture? It can't just be ignored and call everyone a bunch of Pharisees (which is an incorrect application, because the Pharisees we're hypocrites following rules, not holiness). There is a huge misrepresentation of "Lordship Salvation." Look, I believe in the Bible, and Jesus says to us all that if we love Him, we'll keep His commandments (John 14:15). Why is that part of scripture absent among free grace discussions? Help me out here.

"Once saved, always saved" is illogical and unbiblical.
For example, if a Christian claims to have faith in Christ but 40 years later renounces that belief, commits murder, or cheats on his wife with another woman, is he still saved?
If the answer is yes, that would mean the wages of our sin is eternal life, and that is unbiblical.
If the answer is no, then once saved, always saved is a false doctrine.
Now, one might argue that anyone who would end up renouncing their faith, committing murder, or having an affair isn’t truly saved in the first place. But that line of argumentation also debunks once saved, always saved because no human has the ability to know what their behavior will be in 40 minutes, much less 40 years.
Sir, please stop leading these people astray. Remember Proverbs 14:12.

Anything you’re saying about someone maybe doing this or that tells me you don’t fully trust that Jesus gives you salvation when you believe that He has done that and wants nothing from us. Now one can be more like Him. But saying a prayer or stopping sin isn’t what He wants us to do for salvation. He knows we are sinners in need of a Savior. Put your Faith in Him alone and then becoming a murder later won’t happen if you’re listening to the Spirit that lives in you. It’s always if you’re REALLY SAVED you would do this or not do that

Faith without works isn’t talking about salvation. It’s post salvation for you to walk in His ways. Not trying to walk in His ways in order to be saved. Faith in Him not your works.
