Honestly, I feel like just because she would be the most likely to plan a murder, would mean that she’d be the first to go. If you’re going to kill anyone you’d want it to be either a jerk or a threat, right?

Victim: Nichelle [Ultimate Actress] (Her motive is that her acting career would be in serious danger without her stunt double, Jerry, so she tries to lure someone into the protag’s room and kill them, only she gets killed instead)
Event: Ripper [Ultimate Record Holder] (Ripper would somehow violate the school regulations, and get executed for it.)
Blackened: Chase [Ultimate Daredevil] (Nichelle invited Chase into her room, but doesn’t have the strength to kill him, so he kills her instead.)
Chapter 2:
Victim: Damien [Ultimate Science Expert] (He didn’t really have any secrets to hide, so he had no motive to kill, but his killer did)
Blackened: Scary Girl [Ultimate Sociopath] (Her secret was that she was a method actor, and she didn’t want that secret to come out, so she decided to kill her favorite person, Damien, and maybe steal some of his blood for the road.)
Chapter 3:
Victims: Bowie [Ultimate Pageant Queen] and Wayne [Ultimate Hockey Pro] (Wayne grew slightly jealous that Bowie was spending all the time with Raj and felt left out, so his killer thought of a plan to kill Bowie)
Blackened: Wayne (For Bowie’s murder)/MK [Ultimate Pickpocket] (MK noticed that Wayne was growing jealous, so she convinced Wayne to work with her into eliminating Bowie. After that was done, she says that he’s no use to her anymore, and kills him in cold blood.)
Chapter 4:
Victim/Blackened: Axel [Ultimate Survivalist] (Axel is revealed to be a secret spy for the mastermind of the killing game, and she was given the task to kill someone. However, she somehow managed to grow close to everyone, and decides to sacrifice herself for everyone.
Chapter 5:
Mastermind: Julia (Julia is revealed to be the mastermind, and reveals that she held this killing game and a bunch of others as it was giving her so many new followers on all social media accounts, but alas, she gets executed.

My headcanon is that scary girl is a chapter 3 victim, by now she notices how everyone is creeped out by her and tries to be normal like in season 2, when being murdered she thought it would be "normal" to not right back

Nichelle says she doesn't care for her career anymore, but when Julia gives her a fake contract for a movie franchise, Nichelle kills Ripper to try to escape. She uses her actress abilities to disguise as Millie and pin the crime on her.
Chapter 3
- Victims: Raj and Wayne
- Culprit: Axel
Since Ripper's death, Axel became paranoid and started to believe the zombie apocalypse is coming. When Raj and Wayne get mysteriously sick, she panics and kills them, thinking they are going to become zombies.
Chapter 4
- Victim: Caleb
- Culprit: Zee
Caleb falls in love with Priya and plans to confess to her. Zee sees him acting strangely, thinks he is planning to murder the girl, and kills him to protect her.
Chapter 5

- Culprit and Mastermind: Millie
MK, with her sneaky abilities, discovers a way out of the school. To keep her from escaping, the Mastermind is forced to kill her. In a turn of events, the Mastermind turns out to be the protagonist's best friend, Millie.

I honestly doubt that Priya, would be the one who'll be the mastermind, I can see her as the protagonist, because she'd be always positive girl aka the overachiever (Like Kaede, but better)
I can see Millie Actually Being The Mastermind, probably there was also a motive about her family, where it was shown that her family right now, does absolutely nothing special, so Millie Would probably think: "Hey, If I'll Escape This Academy, I'll prove that I am useful!"
And then she kills someone...

Also imo for chapter 1 i agree that chase would be the first victim, but i think it would be emma as the first culprit. yeah it would be predictable, but knowing emma and her very very very very huge fiery grudge against chase, mixed with the motive, she'd probably take her chance and oof him.
