if you want to make things easier for you when starting out, try delegating a lot more responsibilities to staff in the staff section. then you can keep it like that or take control of more things later on when you get used to the game more

Sadly the games moving in the wrong direction each year and becoming a farce with ffp rules being exploited and var/rule changes each season, all it doing is ruining the game. But main issue is money, most clubs now are just a business and not in it for the love of the game which has been sad to see happen

Well the ia of the game when you recreate a player going crazy like the players do not reflect their current statistics, I have tested with versions from other years and it is the same, even when you create a "perfect" player he will miss unusual goals... and even if he has 20 corners or free kicks he will miss all set pieces
