I’m so out of the loop trends-wise; I loved following them when I was in my 20s, but I’ve relaxed a lot since then. It’s all about how comfortable I feel in the clothes, and if I think they flatter me.

It’s making me laugh that white tank tops or a trend well then I’ve been trendy since I was a baby!!😂😂😂 Oh my gosh that last outfit on you looked absolutely stunning!!! 🖤🖤🖤 I have been having the most fun selling on Depop and Poshmark items that are not in my comfort zone but I know others would enjoy such as Barbie core subversive post apocalyptic goth miniskirts all of these are not quite in my wheelhouse usually even super preppy is not me But if I find great vintage pieces dressing up and having fun modeling them let me see if maybe I could open my Mind and challenges need to style the pieces with items I have. I don’t want to go back to low rise for example but it’s been so fun modeling pants from 20+ years ago and then passing them on!!!

The latest 25 cent increase is a bit of an eye-roller in my opinion. All the pricing ends in .24 now and the signage just looks weird 😂 I believe this is across all the Goodwill of Greater Washington (DC) chapter. When I visit other chapters in Virginia the pricing is about $2 less on everything.

I'm not a trend follower, preferring classic pieces. However, several of the trends are hitting my personal style. trends I will be wearing leather - thrifted 2 leather blazers last fall at $2.50 each!! one black & one camel! menswear - thrifted an amazing 3 pieces beige wool men's suit that fits me perfectly!!! y2k prep - quite a few if my thrifted pieces go this way, depending on how they are styled. barbie core - I thrifted an amazing hot pink 2 PC suit last fall 👍 slinky maxi dresses - I have always been a fan of the maxi dress, effortless styling. I thrifted 2 this fall that I will be wearing with a blazer or with a more distressed layer & boots. mini skirts - thrifted a vintage washed out black one recently and a wool plaid wrap one last fall. Both will be paired with tights & boots and oversized layers for fall!

Dresses 11.24 you guys goodwill is pricey. Here in California our dresses at the good will are 9.99. Im shocked!
