I would love an entire episode on canning and pickling, but to be honest I’ll watch any show you want to do. I always learn new tips and tricks from you and I love that!
My son made some pickled onion for a Mexican taco night. It was Fabulous! My Mother used to can dill pickles and waxed peppers every summer. I have never pickled anything. You made it look so simple. I’d love for you to do a pickling episode. Loving this show. Loved your cookbook.
I would love more episodes that feature creative ways to use cauliflower! As someone who cannot eat potatoes, pasta, rice, or bread, a main staple of my diet is cauliflower. Although I have become quite creative in modifying recipes, I would love new ideas!
Love this show! Just ordered your cookbook and love learning techniques and the "why" behind things. Shows on just about anything vegetarian would be lovely with you doing the show.
Genius idea to cook a whole head in the microwave. I did it tonight and it was awesome. Did not have ingredients for the gremolata so I used a good quality buttermilk ranch dressing and browned it. YUM! Thank you!
I love Damaris’s cooking shows! So glad you’re back! These recipes are delicious, fun to watch, and accessible - so I feel like I can make them too! Such a joy to see your humor and upbeat attitude! I always leave inspired to cook something new!

I cannot wait to make cauliflower in the microwave! What a super tip!! Your show is off to a terrific start and I’m excited to share this with my friends. The only thing that could make this better is taste-a-vision. 🤣 Luckily, you make recipes that I feel like I can make too. Thank you!

@@DamarisPhillips8 I did try it! I’ve made it twice now - it’s amazing. I shared some with my friends too. Everyone agreed it makes a perfect snack - especially for summer!
You could try capers, banana peppers, pickled jalapeños for a little heat, or leave them out but add in a little extra salt and herbs. You can get a little creative with this recipe. Let me know what you used and how it turned out.

Canning, Pickling is that the same as fermented? Can't wait for more recipes. Can you air fry the Hot cauliflower instead of using oil?
The Nashville hot Looks so yum! Will try this soon. I have never had pickled cauliflower but worth a try for Christmas gifts
I’d love an episode on pickling and canning. Do you also do any fermentation of veggies?
That's a great idea. We might do a little dive into fermentation.

What can I use instead of the olives in the gremalatta?

Pickling is coming soon
What’s “fry oil” 🫣?
It's a little bit of the oil that you used to fry the cauliflower.
@@DamarisPhillips8 My spices made a sludge in the bottom of my pan and won't mix with the oil and butter. What did I do wrong?
