BRITNEY SPEARS Fantasy would be the least i favor.
i like JESSICA SIMPSON Fancy better than ARIANA GRANDE Cloud.
However i would choose Cloud over Fancy considering i have other fragrances that can do(or smell) as close but better than Fancy(IMPO).
For example, ARIANA GRANDE Ari or Sweet Like Candy.

Cloud has been said to be reformulated into a weaker version. Try to smell Zara's Red Temptation for women and see how that compares as a BR540 dupe to Cloud.
