If you are out in the forest with this puncturered Tube you can repair the hole with a tire repair kit. Worked out great several times for me so i could finish the Ride. Greets from Germany, keep it Up!

Excellently engineered product, Worth buying a KTM 300 just to fit it😉

LOL. Other than a few small issues, they're great bikes :-)

99.99% of all owners will never have an issue with this hose. Other bikes have the same similar installation as well. It's a machine so things could happen.

Mark, any chance you will be offering a complete hose kit? Thanks so much for the amazing content throughout the years.

Pleased to hear that you enjoy the videos. Currently I do not plan to offer a full replacement hose kit. My experience with the stock OEM hoses is they are fine unless subject to impact. So far I've only had a problem on the TBI with the lower right hose as shown in the video, so my plan is to only offer the lower right hose for now. The other hoses seem to be well protected so I'm not expecting any other coolant hose related issues...

Kind of a weird place / angle how KTM designed the hose path.

any chance you have a cure for the new fuel tank/pump design, that leaves unused gas at the bottom ?

If riding off-road, on rough ground, I don’t think it’s an issue. However, on smooth ground it’s not possible to use all the fuel in the tank during normal riding. The best thing to try if you’re running low on fuel on smooth ground is to get the front wheel high on a bank. Or you you can try leaning the bike over on one side then picking it up quickly to splash some fuel into the central fuel pickup cup area of the tank.

Do you plan on removing the thermostat within the frame?

No, I won't be removing the thermostat. I ride year round here in Japan and some winter rides in the mountains are sub zero. The thermostat help the bike warm up quicker during cold start and winter riding with no thermostat could mean your bike never comes up to temp.
