      @@my-fit-mind-hypnosis-rtt- I've subscribed :) do you think stress induced physical symptoms can be cured w self hypnosis like premature grey hair and hyperhidrosis?

      Yes I see often that stress induces (and stress sustained) conditions can be stopped and often reversed. When we dial down stress and get our nervous system out of fight/flight/freeze our body regains its ability to heal. I have seen asthma, eczema, IBS, various skin conditions, fibromyalgia, pain etc reduce or disappear.
      You will need to become very skilled in self hypnosis to tackle these kind of issues. Unless you are very experienced with this you should think about getting an RTT therapist or very good hypnotherapist to guide you through this process

      @@my-fit-mind-hypnosis-rtt- there are not many people in my country with knowledge about this skill. could you suggest some other ways where I can do it by myself or atleast try?
