Property prices will pretty much match money supply. Europe, UK, US etc are coming into an easing period and will turn on the money printers. Expect property prices to balloon agaon, nicer areas then bigger the rise. Cabo Roig no exception - a shame as we are looking to buy here in a year or so. Need prices freezing, unlike the weather 😎
Hi Barry, the weather in Spain has been fantastic over the past week and the beaches are busy in Torrevieja for the time of year. Just caught up with your visit to the Stagger Inn at Rojales yesterday and booked for an evening meal tomorrow. Keep up the good videos.

Although we have our place in Quesada our favourite beach is just south of Cabo Roig in Torre de la Horradada.Absolutely beautiful beaches there.
