The live action of One Piece is about 8 episodes and that’s about 50 episodes of the anime. They did cut something’s out to make the live action flow better. But the live action is fantastic but the anime has more depth and detail so i recommend to check it out. The overall story is still the same they just made small differences to fit more of the story into the episodes of the live action.

Zoro's actor is the son of a famous Japanese martial artist. He did choreography and acting in movies like Kill Bill. Looks like his son is following in his footsteps
Don't know if it has already been commented, but Luffy's first name is Luffy... Monkey is his family name... the D is just a D, and a number of families in the OP world have D. in their names. The series uses a Japanese system for naming, family name first then given name. Nami and Usopp don't seem to have family names, as we know them only by their given names.
I love this series so much! The Live Action version is really good so far. Luffy's devil fruit power makes him immune (or highly resistant) to blunt force attacks, slicing attacks can still get him though.

Lol you thinking you would see something realistic just shows how you have no idea how One piece is all about a fantasy world, full of discovery of fantastic realms and seas through the amazing adventure, oda's author is a genius he draw one piece wjnz he was 17 and the first panels pof the manga came out in 1997 One piece is one like no other, it's all my childhood and teen years made me dream, laugh cry it's a Rollercoaster and the love action is so good, I'm now 27 and reliving my teenage years ❤
It's crazy that he got an Anime for it in a year and a half (the anime came out in October so it probably started development in early or '99)

Fun fact One Piece has out sold Spiderman and Batman leaving Superman above it also has out Sold Harry Potter. Oda has Guinness World Records. It has been going for 26 years. There are alot easter eggs which a person done a video about. I have watched 4 times over and lots reactions. As a fan the world One Piece is lots of things that world building and Layers.
