Thank you, Wissam, for showing us all how to be free and FEEL. No matter what obstacles stand in our path, or what pain resides in our hearts-it's all fuel for a greater expression of love. It takes such strength and vision to do what you do, and reminds us what we're practicing for... to learn to hear that which transcends the notes, and to express our most joyous selves without fear! You inspire humanity through performance and visa versa! I'm a huge fan! Bravo and love to you and yours. - Tara
Superb playing Wissam. Your apparent effortlessness and deep immersion in the music leaves me breathless, as always. But where is your wooden headstock? ;)
Thanks Ray...your words mean a lot to me. For those who might think my playing is effortless, this is far from the truth...the journey is always full of twists and turns - but if you are in touch with what matters to you, the view is magnificent...whatever you do and wherever you are. Yes, my wooden headjoint was my companion for 4-5 years. I then engaged with a very characterful headjoint by Miguel Arista. But since this Spring I have committed to a glorious headjoint by Marco Granados...his #3 - I am slowly discovering its world.
