For nearly six years, my mind has been battered, trapped in this place that feels more like a prison than a home. Every day has been a fight against the weight of despair, a struggle to hold onto even the smallest shred of hope. I’m exhausted, but my desire to escape burns brighter than ever

Solitude is not anti-social. It is a positive quality designed for self-reflection and depth understanding. The same solitude welcomes the right kind of people to enter your life rather than trying to establish superficial friendships. There is no feeling of missing out on the company of others. Solitude is always about recharging our inner qualities just like Prophet Muhammad ﷺ on Mount Hira. It is never negative or anti-social or selfish and neither does result in depression or isolation. The best outcome of solitude is happiness, joy and inner contentment rooted in self-awareness. The strong believer prefers solitude in order to grow in a positive way for the Ummah. In solitude I can scroll through the pages of the Qur'an at a comfortable pace without any interruptions from the smartphone which is placed on pause or switched off.
"The wisest person is someone
who does good in a state of
fear (that their actions were
not purely for God), whilst the
stupidest person is someone
who does evil thinking they're
safe (from God's anger)."
