I had heating issues with my M45 when I bought it but only when driving on the city, luckly on my case it was one of the fans that was already going bad. Replaced them with some cheap Dorman one's from amazon that came with the module for $160 and has been running flawless for 2 yrs already. Hope u solve ur heating issues.
I replaced the fans on this car as well bit I feel like that are not as loud as when I initially installed so I wonder if they went bad or it's the fuse

They don't make it for the m45 this was from a g35 and made it work to the m45
