    I consider myshelf an advanced calisthenics athlete that can perform most of the hard elements and also do a lot of basics.What this man is capable of at that age is insane and i could never imagine myshelf pulling up 90 times already tired after pulling up 80 times. It's proof of hard work and consistency and 99.9% of men cannot do that. So much respect for this person...

      for anyone who did any strength training, it is obvious, that if he did 3 sets and was improving his result in each set, it only means that sets 1 and 2 were much much below his capabilities. Judging by how he was smiling during the end repetitions of last set, his current max is probably 110-120 reps.. BTW he is in the ultra-narrow elite of athletes who are able to actually REST while hanging..

      @Koutsojohnys yes impressive.
      What was his height, weight?
      He would of beat andre the giant and many bigger athletes.
      Pull ups is almost always bettered by the smallest man.

    I'm still doing 19, then a 2-sec break just hanging, and three more under one minute, at the age of 63. The only key is lift to the point of muscle failure all your life, every week at least two times at this tender age.

    Once you get to a certain level of reps on an exercise, it becomes effortless and one can pretty much go on forever. I could imagine doing it on pull-ups, but never have and probably never will. This is a triumph at any age.

      I am now also now realizing the potential we all have in these simple movements, yet we all get satisfied after 20 or 25 pull ups. We need to stay humble and keep working as harder than we did in the start.

      @@60-Is-The-New-30 there are other videos of these competitors in training doing 100 pull ups in 1 set. It's more of a rest pause set with long hanging rest intervals. Still very impressive feat of muscular endurance.
