OMG!🤣
Wow! I literally was about to suggest "Why don't you get two and flank the driveway?" (Edit: Or something like that.) They are so majestic!
Wahoo!! Two is better than one! Banana plant needs a name. 😊
I love that you’re doing this experiment still. Fun to watch!
Yes please!!!!
Of course we do!!!
Banana fan club! We need T-shirts! 😂
Yes! Team Banana!
Y’all are gonna have to be very strategic in how you design these shirts 😂
Take my money 💰
@@Montana_Ranch_Rescue hahaha, funny. Yes and still team banana 🤣
Yes! Picture with Erin standing near it for graphic!
Got so excited this morning to see the banana tree!!! Yay! But the surprise ending made me hoot out loud. Very devoted fan so thanks for sharing the process. It feels like a mascot at this point.
I look forward to three things in Spring now...Easter, Memorial Day and the Banana Resurrection. 🍌 💁♂️
🤣🤣🤣
AMEN
Oh no! 🍌🍌!!!! “Your gonna need a bigger boat” haha
The Banana 🍌 Tree lives!🙌🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Excited to see where it ends up in your garden, Erin!
I am so invested in the banana plant😂 Now BP2! Magnificent.

Erin I love that you are willing to share this journey with us! Thank you
And now there's two, Erin's banana chronicles. 😍🤣
Yay!!!! We’ve been waiting for banana plant day!, 🎉🎉🎉🎉 🧤👒🪴
Banana Tribe! You just have to love a girl who is so passionate about growing a banana in Wisconsin!
You really have won an audience of gardening nerds. 😂
Omg Erin , wow can’t wait to see how this goes , love your videos .
Yay success again and now there’s two! Can’t wait to see where they go in your yard!
It’s crazy how it looks like a mummy now and turns into a lovely plant!!!
love the bananas !!! those big ole leaves gently waving in the breeze - very peaceful and soothing. At our former home, my banana was right outside our bathroom window and I loved it !! Here in N. Atlanta (Georgia) I have the musa basjoo and am lucky to be able to leave it in the ground over winter. I just cut it back to the ground and mulch it up really good. The "mother" plant dies but sends up new pups each year, so if you start out with one you'll (eventually) end up with 10 or 15 or 20 !!!! I love your red banana and just may give it a try this year. Thanks for sharing all your tips & tricks, encouragement and inspiration !!!!
Who could ever stop at one banana plant when they do so well and look amazing.
The banana deserves a name i always name my favorite plants.😍😍😍
Yes, I think I will be buying a banana tree for my husband for Father’s Day! He grew up as an Airforce kid in Panama and it would be such a surprise! Thanks Erin! Looking forward to watching them grow! 🍌🐒😍
The great banana 🍌 lives on 🎉
I would say you are in a committed relationship with the banana. True love :)
Erin,
Sooo looking forward to this day--guess that makes me a Banana Fan Club member! 🍌❤😁
Loved the grin on your face when you said banana time!!
Bananas forever ! T-shirts. Yes. Indeed.
Looking forward to another chapter in the banana saga, especially now that there are two!
Yeah so happy to see it again. And now a matching friend!!!❤🍌🌴
This is one of my favorite garden stories of yours, look forward each year.
In general I am not a banana fan. But I am surely a fan of this banana! This banana plant has got through so much. I have watched this banana since you got it. It is always a joy to see it coming out of its storage! Yay!!!
Thank you for putting all the effort in to growing this banana, it is so interesting and entertaining:) I am a true fan of the banana!!!So happy too that it now has a buddy!
Yay! Banana plant time! Seems like this plant is more resilient than we thought. Love the experiment, and now there's two!
The banana is probably more resilient than any of us LOL
@@bettyboop1524 True! LOL
I'd stay no matter what, it's the BANANA for cripes sake!😄 I've been invested from the start of this adventure. TWO? Can't wait.
Definitely a member of the Banana Fan Club!!!!!!!
Hahahahah.. great plot twist ending! 😂
lol, a banana collector!! Enjoying this a lot. 😂
I praise you for all the effort you put in to growing this banana plant! Bonny
She's backkkkkkk!!!!! You inspired me to purchase a banana plant last spring. By the end of the summer, she had grown through the half barrel wooden container. Completely destroyed the pot. So, I put her in the ground for the winter and she is already growing. Zone 7.
Amazing and encouraging! I am in zone 7 near the east coast so I never thought it might winter over here. And I wouldn’t be able to lift it to take it inside for the winter. Maybe now I will try planting one on the southeast side of my house which is protected from wind and the blazing afternoon sun! Hopefully I can find one around here.
I got it at Lowe's!!!!
Yes!!! Year 3 🍌!!! I’ve been waiting to see it back out :)
I always cut my banana to just above the bulb and store it upside down wrapped in a towel so moisture drains away from bulb. They are amazing plants!
Thought - raised bed/planter warmer than ground, bananas love the heat.
Looking forward to the banana tress adventure 👍💚👏🤎
Yay Banana time! Wooo Hoooo😁
You go Erin! That plant is amazing ! Your hard work and dedication to it pays off in another year! I chuckled at the end of your video… the obsession grows👍🏻❤️😊
Banana fan club! It’s so fabulous when it leafs out!!
I brought mine up from the basement a couple days ago. Fingers crossed.😊
Team Banana!
Ok, year three this banana needs a name!!! I feel like it’s almost disrespectful to just call it “the banana tree” 😆 🍌we are WAY closer than that-we should be on a 1st name basis after this long! 🍌🤣😜 especially now that it’s has a “friend”! 🍌🍌
Thanks for the update. I’m fully invested in your banana tree! I wish I had the patience and energy to try it!
OMG!! Sister bananas!!!
Love watching the process of the banana plant. Maybe I need one.
I love the bananas! ❤ can’t wait to see what you do with them!
That is a gorgeous Banana.
Thanks Erin, Happy Growing ! 💐💚🙃
Definitely a banana fan, Erin. And now there are two? Going to need more space in furnace room next winter. I just love that banana….and your no nonsense approach. Perhaps more tropicals in the future? 🌴😎🌺
Well thank god-been wondering about the banana. After seeing your first banan video, I by chance stumbled across a new shipment at a local big box store and bought 4. I am in zone 9b so just have to make minor winter provisions compared to your efforts. Look forward to upcoming banana videos-truly a star!
I love the banana plant💕
Holy banana! They're multiplying.
Banana time! Banana fan club! 🍌
I love watching banana tree videos. Mine is one year older then yours. He lives in a pot so I just bring him in ever winter. I would love more but i would definitely have to use your method for the others. TFS Cheers.
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🙌🏻 🌱 I didn’t think my Musa Basjoo banana was going to come back. It’s my first time growing banana plants. Not only did both come back, in ground, but there are 3 sprouts 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 I had a dwarf one in my garage and it’s been out for weeks and hasn’t sprouted i believe mice ate the roots 😭 I did manage to save one out of 3 pups🙌🏻
I'm so glad I found your videos. I just planted 2 of these and am already panicking how to over winter it. Lol I just watched your video where you took it out of the pot at the end of the year, and then this one. It has relieved so much stress and concern I had. Thank yku for such great content.
I always put a Tarp down before I repot so I don't have the mess 😮
It’s baaaaaack!❤
I love that banana tree! It's gorgeous. And I'm so impressed with how you've overwintered it each year and how well it's done! And now it has a buddy! Thanks for the update!
Banana Day!! Spring is here!! 😂😂❤
Thank you for this original content. I'm adding this to my list. It will make a perfect screen for our deck area, Zone 8B.
You just convinced me to look for a Red Banana plant, LOL! Yours is stunning! And yes, it needed a friend.😜❤❤
Your first red banana tree YT video inspired me to try growing one, my word I love the leaves and the shade it gives on my patio in a container. Let us know what you use for a fertilizer.
Seriously invested!!!!
Yes!
Banana needs a name especially since her sister joined the party! She's got a huge following!
Looking forward to seeing how the banana does in year 3.
Bonus Saturday....banana day!
Erin, you’ve got to give this Maurelli’s proper names! They have a community of supporters now, big time! Can’t wait to see them in their final locations 😎
Wow !! Way less this year!!! Last years cut we crazy!! This is way easier. I’m getting one this year if I can find one.
Thanks!
yeah, the banana tree has always been of interest.
thanks for the update🍌🌴
I’m not sure how I feel about banana plants, but watching you on this banana journey has been amazing!
Welcome back banana! It doesn’t seem as gross this year coming out of storage. Either that or I’m just getting used to it😀
I love it!😁
Love. Love love the on going banana saga. :)
Happy banana
Love the banana!!! I’m a banana fan club member❤❤❤❤
Fantastic!
Perfect timing...my first attempt at banana salvage- came out of storage this week!

Banana farmer? I loved it in the container! jd
Welcome back to the big Bannana
Yay! Bring out the banana.
Now with a friend, it’ll be a banana-Rama. (Sorry, couldn’t help myself).
😀🍌
Yay the BANANA 🍌 is back. GO BANANA!!!!
Omg.. i was literally thinking about this the other day
Banana club fan - here 🙋🏼♀️
I love watching your banana journey. Better you than me. I don't have room for something like that. Lol! ❤
I love you channel so much! I was having a bad morning and all the sudden everything is better!
I loved your banana plant in the container the first time you tried it so I bought one last spring and followed what you did that Fall to overwinter it. Took it out about a month back. It is now almost as tall as me. Will be hardening it off soon!
Rock on banana!!
Your banana is bringing a "bananza" of information to The Banana Fan Club! 😉😊
Woohoo banana 🍌
She lives!!
Yay!
Vive la Banana!
This is soo interesting- I wouldn’t’ve thought tropical plants to have the abiliity go dormant, since I can’t see why that would be needed in their native environment- clearly they can!
