Had the privilege of seeing Andy and Rasta surfing solid double to triple head high Keramas back in the day. Andy had forgotten his new range of boardies and was wearing those lycra bike pants while someone was sent back to the hotel to get his boardies. No one was allowed to take photos until his new boardies turned up. I still say to this day that Rasta out surfed Andy overall, but Andy did the most amazing thing I've ever seen with my own eyes on a surfboard. A full on carve under the lip of a triple head high closeout and squeezed out before it detonated behind him. Still blows my mind to think about it now. RIP Andy.

With saturated fat like canola and skip to good oils like avocado and you will drop weight rapidly. Especially if you're doing the fasting between dinner.
