This is gorgeous! I hope that people who are new to stitching of any kind understand how relaxing and therapeutic it is. I think that my mother put a needle and thread in my hand when I learned to walk LOL. Now I am old and have done all types of sewing. This is definitely the prettiest phone bag that I have seen. Bravo!
OMG, Susan! You never fail to inspire. I absolutely ADORE this purse! Thank you so much for your willingness to share your gifts and talents with us. You are a genius. ❤️❤️❤️
I took a polymer clay class with a lovely instructor in St. Augustine many years ago. My husband died, so I didn't pursue the craft. I took up metalworking for a time, but it was not a good fit for my arthritic hands. I am re-teaching myself polymer clay through your videos. I love all of them, even those that are still beyond my skill set. Thank you for sharing your knowledge.
Susan those bags went from ok to simply gorgeous. I really really loved the blue one. The leaves looked like dragon scales and the alien head encased in the focal bead, just added to the mystery. Fabulous work as always... Awe and Pups...hello sleepy boy. Zzz Ay and I spotted a kitty meow and tail in this tutorial. Instant marks for that too. 😆 x
Thank you Susan, great idea to make for gifts. Another item to add to my list of makes. They are beautiful! So grateful to you for sharing your creations.🐾🇬🇧
OMG! This purse is so fabulous! I immediately ordered a couple of bags from Ali Express to keep on hand and bead as gifts, and I’ve already completed one for myself. Susan, you are SO inspiring! I can’t figure out how to attach a photo so you can see mine, but I did learn a few lessons along the way. One thing I learned is that I didn’t add enough sizable beads, so I ended up spending hours and hours adding lots of seed beads. When I counted the larger beads on yours, it seems you have about 40 or so, whereas on mine I only have a total of 18. It turned out beautiful, but it was a lot more work than I anticipated because of this. Nonetheless, I am SO happy with it! I do not sell my things, but whenever anyone comments on my jewelry, I am always quick to mention your site and how fabulous you are. I learned everything I know about polymer clay and beading from you, and you have literally given my life a new, cool direction in my retirement. ❤️ HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY!
Its like you read my mind sometimes! I took up running a couple of months ago, and have been thinking about ways I could add a design to my plain pink baseball cap. This is just in time lol. Looks stunning!
Thank you! You are an excellent teacher. It is really mesmerizing watching you work. You've got yourself a new subscriber. I hope you have a great day.
Your polymer clay, and bead work is magnificent. I'm an old lady. I've been working with polymer clay since it first came out on the market. I've never made jewelry with it though. I'm learning so much from you ! Thank you !
You hit this one out of the park!!!! U r so creative. U inspire me so much. Ur beads are gorgeous. I don’t make polymer clay beads as I already make too many other things but I love your creativity. And I bet those that make PC beads must absolutely adore u! I’m thrifty like u and I’ve used many of ur tips. But I really loved the way u do ur wire links. U said u have a video showing it a little slower. If u have a chance please let me know what u call the video, would love to watch it!!! Thank you so much for ur generosity in sharing your amazing pieces!
Great.....Great design.....absolutely spectacular .....that's so underrated......it's a valuable art piece for real !!!! 🩷🩷🩷🌟🌟🌟🌟 Keep It up..... جزاك الله خير As we say it Arabs... May God reward you with Goodness🥺🥺🥺
I love this - the personalization and the fab spot of gorgeous glitz without overdoing or overwhelming it. I adore the beaded chain and initially thought it looked rather intimidating but you explained it very calmly and well. Thanks so much!
This is great! I recently bought a purse I love the size but not crazy about the pocket on the side. I still bought it thinking I could figure out something to do beading on that part of the bag. I got it at such a great price and I thought I even could use it as a "pattern" to make one like it only longer handles to fit my shoulder better. But I love the size of it, and now I can see ways to make this one or another one really unique. I may have to check into one like you are using because that phone thing is pretty cool with one less thing to have to keep up with while on the go, just use it in its place! I love that. Thanks for another unique idea. Always love your videos. It made my day to see a new one before going to work. Thank you!
Hi Susan Great job on the purse. Love your videos. Have watched many of them over and over. I don't know how you do all you do in a day. Making beads, bead a project, make the videos and make jewelry for shows. Please keep up the great work because I wait for your next video and I'm sure many more do too. Thanks Marsha
I wanted to show you my adaptation of your technique. I loved this idea so much, but I really suck at beading. No matter what I do, the beads always work loose and fall off. So I did it all with polymer clay, covered it in resin, drilled holes, sewed it to felt, and sewed the felt to the purse, and then embroidered around the edge. I found that trying to sew the polymer directly to the purse without the felt was too difficult, since the purse was so stiff. Anyway, this one is for my mother-in-law. I will be making another one for me. Thank you SO much for your tutorial! I absolutely love all of your work and tutorials, so I am really happy I could adapt one to my skills. Unfortunately I can't figure out how to attach a photo. I do have it on Facebook. I gave you credit of course. If you get a chance, take a peak and tell me what you think. Thanks again!
I am thinking about smaller ways to use this idea, like perhaps a broach/lapel pin or incorporated as part of a hair bow (like a small medallion in the middle). I absolutely love the purses, too!!
Hi Susan, Enjoyed your tutorial with the bead embellishment on the purse.🙂 I have been wanting to try this type of work on a tote bag that belonged to my dear mom. I gave the tote bag to her over 30 years ago & when she passed away my stepfather returned the tote bag to me. Anyway, the bag has that soft, faded look to it & I thought that bead embellishment would help perk up the appearance of the bag. I did not know how to start a project like this or how to coordinate the colorway & shape of the beads. Tfs your ideas and goals on this tutorial. Take care & stay safe 🙂 p.s. love your cute little pup.🐶
😍These are stunning!.... I love them both so... much!. I was thinking about you again yesterday, went to St. Augustine to celebrate my bday and I was saying I wish I could see her at least for far away. I would of recognized you from the crowd. We went to couple of stores and when we got out we had to leave due the storm. Hope you and all your family are doing good. Loved seen you again, thanks for the video.❤
Wow! What a fabulous idea! Actually at a loss for words as you never cease to amaze and share your wonderful talents. These beaded pieces would also be wonderful as a bib necklace. I have to again thank you for introducing me to beading. I love it, and everything you create and share. Thank you Susan! P. S. I see a kitty tail as you model your beautiful purses.
What a great upgrade, I have been planning on making myself a purse well a few now and after watching this I know how I'm going to finishing them thanks.
Your idears are everytime so creativ and your results beautiful and inspiring. Did a dragoneasterege with your dragontailcane and now i'm thinking of an Dragonskinphonecase. Greets from Germany
Absolutely in love with the idea of creating an embellishment for a bag. Now I want to make one. Thank you again for sharing your beautiful creations with us. Both are stunning!

Благодарю за эстетическое удовольствие от мастер класса.
У вас руки из золота и ваши работы чудесные.
That center heart would be lovely with the silk .it almost looks like a few pieces you have done. Anyway what ever you do it's always lovely.
I love them, And yes I saw 3 monster heads stacked on top of one another. LOL
OMG, Susan! You never fail to inspire. I absolutely ADORE this purse! Thank you so much for your willingness to share your gifts and talents with us. You are a genius. ❤️❤️❤️

I love that idea but sew it on to the cap so you can always remove it and reuse it then
@@TurtleSoupBeads Thanks, I'll do that x
