Today we left Inverness Airport bound for London Gatwick Airport. We had an early morning flight taking off at 07:00. As we taxi to the runway you can see British Airways A319 G-EUPJ BEA Retro Livery operating the inaugural BA1467.
Incredible views overlooking Inverness shortly after takeoff, before we fly through the clouds and emerge on top to clear blue skies. Our route this morning takes us down past Manchester down to Birmingham where we begin our descent into London Gatwick. We have a long hold upon approach into Gatwick where you can see Brighton.
Upon landing into Gatwick's RWY 08R, we taxi to our stand and take a bus along to the domestic arrivals bag reclaim.
