hi, can you tell me how to get the two section american turn signal light to work? For now, half of it lights up after we put the code of the light module from your description here!
Hi, please see the wiring diagram in the video and the connection table. You will see what needs to go where as everything is there. If you have different wires, it can be that you don't have a similar setup, or, that you have a US spec vehicle which this video does not apply, since I do not know those vehicles, but I assume it's not much difference
@@SolveElectronics Hi, after installing the new module i got with the headlights .. the turn signals are half lit, fog light not work and the display in the odometer lights up very dimly. Should the protection component be removed? or do you need new codes? On channel 55 headlight range no access !
hi, thanks for.the all infos, it really helps a lot. but i have missed something. "pin 11 move to pin 14 rmv from 3T117a 1T16c-LIN RE-USED WIRE" could u expland more in detail whats this means.
It means that pin 11 on old headlight has moved to pin 14 fir the new headlight, so, remove the wire from the connector 3t117a to position 14 from position 11. Because we moved the wire, it is re-used, not made new. For Lin wires, we make 1 wire and split it into two so that it connects to both headlights, and it's connector in the car where It should go is 1t16c-lin (pin 1 on socket t16c)
Hi. I was hopping to get some help about component protection in J519 ( BCM1 or power control module as you call). How did you remove ir? The eeprom change didn't work?
It's possible to change the main processor and this would work but it's better to do it by the dealer. It's not expensive, but can also be done with vas5054 and Odis
Hi, your video is very helpful, thank you. But I have an error that I can't get rid of. The error message is "adaptive light system malfunction". Could you please help me with resolving this error?
It's most likely either the adaptive light controller, it ther motors themselves within the headlight. It could be one of the connectors on the light has corrosion or broken wires inside, this is also quite common
@@SolveElectronics Thank you so so much! My issue has disappeared 😊. I have one more request, if it's possible for you to remotely access my computer and check if the settings are correct, as I'm not sure if the fan inside is working. I'm willing to pay as well 👍
@@melisaljubenovic5478you're welcome. I could check, but I can't do it remotely because I don't know your vehicle, and I would need to see what works and what doesn't etc. If you have an A8 I could try remotely. If you're local to South Germany or Switzerland then it's possible on site
@@tariktokalija452 The LED lights that I have installed are not adaptive in the first generation of LED headlights. Only the matrix lights are adaptive, and the adaptive xenon lamps
hello, I saw that the headlights he installed are American :) I bought the same ones and the module for them from the same car. If we follow the steps from your video, will it be possible to replace them with the factory ones that have xenon on a European car? Greetings from Bulgaria ✌️

This is not for American market, I do not know the coding for American market lights
Hi , the wire from the head lights ( hidhbeam )witch pin have to be connected on silver 32 pin connector. Thanks

Wish I was able to do this to mine. Sadly I’m not that good with computer programming and coding all that
pin 11 move to pin 14 rmv from 3T117a , and then do what for 1T16c-LIN, and RE-USED WIRE from 3T117a?

Is it possible to do this with only the correct BCM and coding?
Even if you have the correct bcm, wiring will need to be done

I am from Salzburg and drive an A8 built in 2009 with fully Equipment and have exactly the same lights.
Built 2010*
Hi, how you adjusted lights ? Is it done by coding or just with screws ?
It is done with the screws
Are these matrix LED headlights? Does the matrix system actually works? And are new headlights OEM or aftermarket?
These are not matrix. Matrix was introduced on the facelift version
But they are adaptive? Automatically switching between high and low beam regarding oncoming traffic? @@SolveElectronics

how much money will it cost?
Sorry fir the late reply! Headlights were around 1500€ and light modules around 200 and cent elec module was about 80€
