I have some comments about the sens feeling very slow. Me personally on MW2 there's no problems but when I tested it on Cold War, it feels insanely slow but I found the fix! Make sure on DS4Windows in the RS (Right Stick) settings, change your sensitivity to "1.00". That should fix it! Everything else is the same. If it feels slower or faster for you, only increase or decrease it by ".01" to find what's most comfortable for you!
Wouldn’t you want to run either ds4 or the game response curve at linear? That way you don’t have two different curves going at the same time? I know they’re both “same response curve” but it’s already been proven that mw2 linear and other curves in game aren’t 100% true to stick value. Ehhh. If you’re use to it no use in messing with it now! Preciate you.
I've tried doing that and messing with all the different Response curve types and I found the best one for me personally is Dynamic in game and Enhanced Precision in DS4. Linear on both feels a little too fast and inconsistent for me but your point is valid and it does make sense to run on the same one. But either way, which ever works best for you! I was playing around with DS4 and found that my controller's right stick was extremely inaccurate. I used hardware tester to confirm. Somehow my sticks were operating outside of the circle of the joystick. You can stop that from happening so your sticks only register output if it is within the circle of the the stick by changing the max output to force. It should force to 1, you might have to change it to .9 and then back to 1. It was something that bothered me as a non native controller player. It will make more sense if you try playing without aim assist(reboot the browser with hardware tester to check as just refreshing doesn't work properly). Additionally the the poll rate that you changed was for bluetooth if I'm not mistaken. But there are some other ways to lower your input latency that can be tested in DS4's debug section (controller readings). If you're using bluetooth mouses/keyboards, I'd be cautious in running bluetooth with controller as you might have collisions that will interrupt your controller signal. Certain usb ports have bad latency, I'd just keep testing one until you found the one with the best. The ports at the front of your pc generally have higher latency than the ones directly attached to the motherboard in the back. Also, usb hubs can add more latency, if you're running out of usb ports, I'd probably look, into a pcie usb card. Or you could overclock your usb port itself, although this get's into the more gray areas.
Not sure I never had a problem like that. It should always pop up following the steps I showed in the video. Maybe try deleting the software and try it again OR run the application as Administrator and see if that might fix it

Let's be honest here. These are just tweaks to your controller. The OP has great skill playing with a controller and that's what really makes the difference to have perfect aim.

If it's still plugged into the PC after shutting down, it may still recognize the controller being on for whatever reason but that shouldn't harm your controller in any way

You could use reWASD to emulate the Xbox controller as a PS4 controller but the whole thing seems pointless. I completely stopped using MS offical Xbox controllers on PC and got rid of my Elite2 because they are all polling rate locked to 125Hz!

For any xbox controller users, a PS4 controller with DS4 will still not feel as smooth as an eilte series 2 analogue with minimal tension, overclocking is the only way the ps4 analogues can compete
You do know the elite series 2 controller has a 20% larger center desdzone, right? That means you can be accurate, but you'll never be as accurate as you could truly be with truly 0 center deadzone.

The elite series 2 promises more finite an accurate controls but only with more practice and better mind muscle connection (general eye to hand coordination) PS5 analogues are designed as if they have COD in mind. Purely better for twitch shooting, the higher tension proves more beneficial when reaction flicking (requires aim assist). If you move from Xbox series 2 to ps5 the analogues will feel heavy and less corrective. Xbox controller users or pros that came from xbox generally have better versatile aim for on the run gunning. But basically in laymen terms, PS5 is much easier to start out on providing easier controls and aiming. Xbox series 2 is much harder to use but provides a much higher skill ceiling. HOWEVER there are very very few games on the market other than R6S that require anywhere close to a level of aim controller that only the series 2 could get you too. If PS5 controllers couldn't be overclocked on PC they honestly couldn't compete with the series 2.

I figured out what it was . Once i was in game , I had to disconnect then REconnect the controller , then it was working perfectly

Isn’t Anti dead zone the opposite of deadzone? Why would we want it so low and having deadzone so low as well?
Having a lower deadzone will give u a higher control over ur aim for example the higher ur deadzone is the less of ur stick will register.
