There are variety of mushrooms in the Philippines but of course be careful for the poisonous one ... mushrooms in the Philippines grow in cold places or moist places like in Tagaytay or in Baguio city but you can buy fresh mushrooms in Supermarkets .... You can also buy chichsron mush
In German these mushrooms are called Lachsreizker. Part of the family of Edelreizker. Yummy mushrooms indeed. You are lucky being in the Schwarzwald (Black Forest). These Reizkers need mixed forests with good soil. I never find them here in the dry pine forestations near and around Berlin. To find them you have to go at least as far north to the Schorfheide forest.

There are a lot of mushrooms in the Philippines during rainy seasons! When there are lightning & thunder watch the mushrooms to come in the following day!! When i was a child mebn my family always collect mushrooms in those rainy thunderous seasons in the philippines!!! Mushrooms in the Philippines are gray with black stripes other kinds of mushrooms not edible!!😊
Mushrooms here naturally grow in rotting banana plants, bamboo, rotting trees, and even under the African Palm trees. For me, I prefer those from banana plants.
