My friend Glasha came all the way from Latvia to help me pack and prepare my apartment for renting. We also explored the beautiful Black Forest together, making the most of her visit. Renting out a property in Germany is not easy, as the laws strongly favor tenants. Sharing my experience and challenges with you!

Black Forest is a fairy tale kingdom and also known for its cuckoo clocks and rich cakes. I dreamed of going there as a child after reading/watching Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, Hansel & Gretel, etc., and after having visited the place as an adult, I realized the place is too cold for me.
So nice of Glasha to help with packing. You are both blessed to have each other. I wish you the best in finding the best renter who will not cause any trouble and headaches.
