In this video, we explained how to configure #Commvault Data Interface Pair (#DIP) and other helpful Registry Keys / Additional Settings.

#sBindToInterface
This additional setting allows you to bind all services (e.g., Client Event Manager, Communications Service, etc.) to the specified interface name or IP address. This is especially useful for dual-NIC setups where you do not want these services exposed on the public interface.
#nBindToLoopback
Forces services to listen on loop back interfaces, so that service's ports are reachable only from local machine. It requires the services to restart after setting the key. Applies to Feature Release 11.20 and later.
