Sleaford Mods are this week’s special guest in The Moonshine Sessions.... We are delighted to have Britain’s biggest cult band come in and perform ‘Bang Someone Out’ and ‘Stick In A 5 And Go’, found on their 2018 self-titled EP. Featuring the articulate yet belligerent rage of Jason Williamson plus his partner in crime Andrew Fearn.

As a French person who has been passionate about British music for over 40 years, I discovered Sleaford Mods through this video, this track. It was when the video was released, the RUclips algorithm had done its job well. 4 years later, I still shudder when listening to it.

As a Welsh-English-Australian fella, I recently had the exact same experience and feel certain I will feel the same about their music in 3yrs time, just like you and everybody else who listens.

For an ol' ice cream freezer geezer in his 73rd year, dees 2 working class hero's have woken me up. I've been in the doldrums with music since the 80's. As a Londoner growing up in the 60's, it was always BEATLES stones who small faces kinks, which i still love. But dees mods man have given me a new outlook on life.
I only stumbled across these guys a couple of years ago myself. Great band, a proper working class poet. I havent been able to stop listening to them since haha! They've got a new album out now too!

saw them last night. Incredible. English Folk Music is alive and well with the Sleaford Mods around. Jason is the best frontman Ive seen in any band and Ive seen alot of amazing bands in 30 years.
