The last time I felt true peace I was laying on a raft in the bluest water I’d ever seen by Grand Cayman. I stopped hearing anything other than the water splashing and a few birds. I felt one with God. I felt that several times when there. Always alone. And always with nature. That’s when my ego began its death. I no longer cared anything at all about all the fake that brought me there. My husband’s company celebrated a huge milestone. But it meant nothing to me. It was then I realized what a waste all the running hectic business life was meaningless and I wanted more. More peace. More God. More life. Thank you so much for these videos. I tell everyone about GOD within. Although some are not ready to hear it. You speak truth. 🙏🏻💗🙏🏻💗
Being this life for awhile, chakra meditation is my go-to practice due to ego activity tends to calm down. Recently, ego seems distracting than before? But im aware, spiritual self inquiry, surrender, mindfulness and feeling the moment. Not sure if any of this is working, tho when it rains it stops wen going to my car. Irritating people dont cross my paths at 95%, nature catches my attention wen i notice identifying with useless thoughts. So far im not concerned where this goes, my only concern is how i do it 😊
I was planning to ask you to make a video highlighting the importance of a guru in the spiritual path when I chanced upon this video 8:34 pointing out the role of a spiritual teacher. I feel that you are making short videos covering different aspects of the spiritual journey. The death of the ego will happen silently if one is under the tutelage of a realised guru. Even though death of the ego is necessary for the ultimate experience spiritual awakening can occur even when the ego is very hard. It is the guru that softens the ego and ultimately destroys it. This can many times be painful also. But with the help of devotion to God we can tide over this problem very easily. In the case of those who are dependent on themselves, as in the case of the advaitic non-duality practitioners ego is an extremely difficult problem. An extremely advanced advaitic practitioner who had no devotion at all had told me this in person. Reading of books written by realised masters and Satsang will be of great help.
In continuation of my previous comment let me add the following. In chapter 12 of the Gita Lord Krishna has stated that the path of devotion is much easier than the path of knowledge called Jnana yoga or the non-duality path.

I felt at peace this very morning as I walked my dogs at sunrise. Who are you?
Amazing! I never knew what was happening until I found this to explain what is happening. ...WOw!
I love this
Last time took time for myself to meditate/1-week ago. It’s time 😊
Truth
On this journey, as we all are
Love the way you explain this. Waiting for more content. ❤
Same teaching as rumi ❤. Thanks for sharing
It's been too long and I wish I could have that experience again and again 😂.

Inspirational. It would be nice to know who you are? Would you tell us? Or are you ai generated - one never knows these days.
I would like to know too. The wisdom offered is nothing new but very powerfully presented
