I have been working on living in the present moment for a few years now. I have found that it takes a lot of brain power to do so. Every time I find myself wandering off, I consciously bring myself back to the present moment. By the end of the day, I am mentally exhausted. I have made significant progress, however, it remains very challenging to stay in the present moment.
this channel is unique. The wisdom offered here is ancient, it‘s what Tao and Buddhism teaches. But the way it’s presented, the clear and deep voice of the narrator, the structure and clarity of his words, the images - all that together makes it easy to understand for modern audiences trapped in today’s superficial lifestyles and unconsciousness, unfamiliar with the knowledge and wisdom of the sages. Brilliant. Keep your great work up, the world needs positive powerful content like this to awaken and transform so that we or at least future generations may live in a more beautiful world our hearts know is possible.
having the trust is challenging nowadays in these difficult times. On the other hand being able to maintain faith in the higher purpose now at this time is also a test of whether I have already mastered this or have more inner work to do to achieve this
35 minutes of mindfulness meditation daily. Prayers twice daily, including for self (AA Step 11). Include the Bene Gesserit Litany Against Fear (I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone, there will be nothing. Only I will remain.). Nice video.
Yes I'm fortunate enough to be at present most of the time. But.... My mind is now and then pulled out past memories and start debating with self. It comes generally when someone trigger something' which is anyway connected with the past events. Future never bothers me whilst I'm living in full uncertainty. All other things are exactly the same you mentioned.
Thank you for putting the feelings into words. Many of these practices I have been doing without realising it. It is wonderful to listen as it is a reminder of where I am in my journey.
As we say in Chinese: 静能生慧。 Silence has the true power to reach wisdom through introspection and grasping a bigger picture of how life and the universe works. God bless us all. 🙏
I sometimes catch myself saying the same things my old self would say when something goes wrong so I feel obligated to apologise to my higher self and promise to be better. I meditate for this very reason and so I can one day have faith to align my words with who I want to become

The consciousness is memory.

Very much inspirational video. I am analysing these wonderful qualities with my own. I realize that I have started walking through the spiritual path.
