Alright guys, I think I know what kinda story this is:
MURAMASA: The fallen came to corrupt and *[we]* let it happen even though we knew better. ..blah blah.. there was a big flood (surrounding nations) to fix it all.. "all the world by a thread" - thread being just Noah and his fam or whateva. they 'distanced' or separated themselves. blah.
RAGNAROK: Jesus fasted for forty days and forty nights in the wilderness when he came to save from the fallen. He was hungry like a mf but he had to I guess. He was sitting there the whole time thinking bout how he was about to be tortured, pouring his bloud and shit,. he thought he was gonna go nuts. He begged BEGGED god to just grant a pardon for the lost souls because he didn't want to get his guts ripped out and everything for these trolls. understandable. blah blah. AND THEN, after all that we
went back to our evil ways acting like Jesus didn't even bother to help us because we're evil and shit, again, not doing what we know is right.
MASAMUNE: The ascension. or actually more form the perspective of the bad apples that don't get to go with lmao.
..Not sure who's calling their soul, being snatched into the spirit realm. leaving the flesh behind. Rejected by the gates. tragic. "Measuring all the glory as it seems. Was it enough for eternity?" - the rejectees whining: haven't I done this and that?!! I'm a good person, LET ME IN!! Then god says "depart from me, I don't even know y'all randoms." Then at some point all of heaven starts singing after it was silent for half an hour or something like that. There was a great divide between God and evil (all this is supposed to be in future btw) while the evil are tortured. No more pardons, no more chance to repent. Looking back and wishing just ONE last chance.
after the end: Somewhere in time we welcomed in the fall. But in the distance we can see shining clear our demise to be. We're not listening to ourselves.
I SWEAR all of this is in the bible.

It's funny how you say the meaning is so obvious, yet nobody here got it. You did the exact opposite of what you and the song pointed out. You talk about enlightenment and then talk about biblical metaphors.
That's exactly what is wrong. The enlightenment is self revolution and knowledge. Breaking free from the chains of bullshit and religious institutions.
