I barely even played the story. I just sat in the car vibing to the soundtrack as I drove between fishing spots. I basically used FC5 as a fishing simulator. But even then the story is so much better than people give it credit for. “Sometimes the best thing to do, is walk away”
Honestly? Just fishing? What’s the biggest thing you landed? I thought the fishing element was excellent and UbiquitousSoft could easily make a fantastic fishing game in its own right! I’ve had a 14lb Trout is my best - I’ve only ever caught trout mind but that’s my best so far! I mean - it’s not like regular fishing, people don’t tend to roam the spots in gunboats shooting at you but I’ve never fished in the U.S so maybe that was realistic.
Even if it doesn’t have the best story (which I personally think fc4 does) Montana is just such a beautiful setting, I feel so at home when I’m playing this game

Far Cry 6 is terrible. FC5 was better in almost every way. The way Joseph Seed perverts the scripture into his own twisted interpretation is fascinating to watch.
Idk much about this game series other then gaming things in primal and that one guy that screams about the definition of insanity, but as always a great vid
i played far cry 1 2 3 and recently i finished 4 , and now im playing FC5 and i gotta say i love it im having a blast. i cant watch the full video cause of spoilers but ill comeback for it once i beat the game :3 i like that there is no minimap, and enemy can really kill you in a gunfight. saving people and hiring people is good, guns for hire have different perks is also good :3 the only thing i think its missing is the skinning animation and also if the deputy could talk it would be so great :3 sorry for my bad english :3

While I don't completely agree with EVERYTHING in this video, it's still a very well-thought-out and put-together one. The overall structure and editing of it, putting your thoughts, ideas, and opinions together were just fantastic, my friend :] I could definitely see your passion and love for this game! You definitely have a bright future in this sort of content ahead of you! Also, I concur, FC5 is honestly one of the best in the series Though there were some questionable choices narratively speaking, it is still a fun and absolutely gorgeous game. With compelling characters and a story that could be seen as thought-provoking. Honestly, I wouldn't change a thing. except one... I wish they added the New Dawn capability to have your canine companion ride in the front 😭 (I've hit and ran over Boomer far too many times 😔)

I tried to convince a friend to give it a try (since it's in gamepass, he also does not need to buy it), but he refuses because of the bad reputation of Ubisoft overall. Even though he also never played a single Ubisoft game before
The fact that Far Cry 5 did away with a mini map made one play the game with more foresight. I also like how outposts can be taken in any fashion you choose.
@@TheBossFighterz Strongly agree about its the best FPS genre. I started to play far cry 5 this week. I would say attacking outpost with the assigned civilian in FC5 really flashback the duo stealth with captain price in COD MW2.
Even tho the game wasn’t the best like 3-4 due to the fact in-game shops require a stable online access and currency farming has become quite a chore, the gameplay was still fun, the weapon vehicles were amazing to use, and the game has a good line of weaponry. But best of all, the storyline has the best villains that tells an interesting story. Unlike Far Cry 6 with Anton’s henchmen, Far Cry 5 waste no time telling the tells of the Seed family and what their motives were. Most interesting was Jacob Seed due to not just only how he explains it, but also, how he makes you the player feel what he feels in his shoes when he triggers the Deputy to into a hallucinogenic state where he/she is trained to hunt down the one person he/she was trying to help.
Pretty late to the video, but I do want to put a complaint about the soundtrack. There just isn't enough of it. It's extremely beautiful, and that's part of why I hate that that there's only a few major songs in the soundtrack. It repeats over and over and it loses its novelty after a couple replays.

I personally have beef with far cry 5. I cannot stand the fact that I can't go 30 seconds of driving without being pulled into a gun fight because everyone will spot you from anywhere. I also am not a fan of the companion AI. The feel of playing the game is awesome. The graphics are awesome. The story is okay but I just can't stand that I can't enjoy the peace of the beautiful scenery and drive around without instantly getting pulled into a gun fight because every two cars is a cultist vehicle and they instantly spot you just by driving by them.
This game just came to the ps plus free game catalogue and I’m installing it right now. Haven’t played far cry in a while. I’ve beaten 3 and 4 multiple times and I tried to play new dawn but it sucked.
I mean… you’re very wrong… most of the far cry fan base loves this game…. I’m even gettin into it barely now and I agree it’s awesome compared to the recent entries since far cry 4….

This was my first FC game, and I then went on to play FC3 through to Primal, New Dawn and FC6.

My favorite far cry 5 game. Its world is the selling point for me. Gameplay fast, music, ally, story, etc also blends well.
