I opted for a single debt company and they are well efficient lawyers legally they will protect you, and based on your income they will create one EMI and they pay in a small amount to all the creditors. But 1st two months emi they will take it as fees from the third month they will start paying creditors. They will handle all your creditors calls and respond to legal notice from high court lawyers and they give befitting reply to banks. But one thing for sure you will loose your CIBIL score. Opt only if you can't manage your creditors. In my case i have 18 creditors. And these people are honest and a genuinely helpful company .
